Dr. Killigan's Premium Clothing Moth Traps with Pheromones (White, 6 Traps)

Just pulling them out of the packaging lured the moths out! It took a few weeks to totally eradicate our closet moth issue, but WOW! We might order one more set just to make sure they don't come back. Excellent product at a great price.

If you are an empath. Do yourself a favor. Set these up and DON’T check on them. Just let them do the job. They work. It is sad. Very effective. :(

Very effective. First used these traps around May to address a shockingly bad moth problem (moved into a prewar last renovated in the 90s and just…yikes). The moths would crash into my face while I was sleeping, that bad. Took about a week for me to start seeing moths get stuck in the glue trap and by mid-June to early July, I stopped seeing moths flying around. I changed the traps then since the glue part was covered with moths. After about three weeks, the traps were completely covered again. Clearly there’s a larger problem here and I might need to involve an exterminator, but at least I can’t see any moths flying around or landing on my face anymore, which was what was happening last May. I just wish I could get these in bulk. Looks like Amazon only sells these in packs of 6 right now.

The product attracts and catches moths, but the larvae remain on woolen clothes and rugs until they are cleaned. I've put the traps on the floor and in closets. But to really fix the moth problem, I will have the house "bombed" with a safe fumigant and have my carpets cleaned and replace the mats underneath them. I will contiinue to use the traps in case any moths escape the fumigation. I like that the Killligan's traps are easy to use.

I have this and the pantry traps after making the mistake of leaving my outside door open. Within hours I had the trap full of moths. The trap filled and I am now on my second trap. This product is extremely effective. I called a pest service and they were going to spray my home with something that demanded I vacate the home for two hours. This worked better and cost less. It was also non toxic. Would highly recommend it.

I had high hopes for these from all the 5 star reviews and pictures. Well they are the lucky ones for sure. I've got several of these up and not one of them has trapped any moths at all. The one in my bathroom it right next to my Egyptian Cotton towels that they just love to munch on. Walked into bathroom today and 3 of the little devil's were munching on my towel right next to that darn trap grrrrr. I send them back if I hadn't of used 3 of them at once.

Good product and funtions properly

I find these traps effective at capturing clothing moths flying around my apartment. Presumably these are the male moths attracted to the pheromones in the traps. While this saves me the trouble of chasing them around with a handheld vacuum, it does nothing to address the larvae which will hatch into the next generation. I think these traps slow down the mating cycle, but they have never removed my clothing moth problem; ultimately, you must find where the larva are. Also, it seems this brand offers the same product in black packaging for almost 30% less.
