Winco 2-Inch Deep Aluminum Rectangular Cake Pan, 9-Inch by 13-Inch

I bought two of these pans because I had started making four layer sheet cakes for our synagogue. Though they do not seem like substantial cake pans, they bake evenly and beautifully and release very easily. They require very little clean up. They have square sides, which is just the thing I want for multi layer cakes. The only drawback is that, since they have square sides, they will not nest and storing them is a bit awkward. I am quite impressed.

I absolutely love this pan. It is made so durable and heavy. I can’t really tell you if it sticks because I always use shortening and flour but I can’t get over how level my cake was. And it cleaned up really easy as well. I will include my first cake being made with it.

Great pan easy release and edges are very helpful. Conducts heat beautifully.

So glad someone made a supreme corner non stick baking pan. This was a game changer for my shortbread cookies. All the cookies were uniform in shape. Looking forward to square lasagna l, brownies, etc. No more sloping finished baked goods

Absolutely love this! I have been wanting a 9 x 13 with perfectly square sides and this one fit the bill. The ledges on the side make it really stable to move and it works for everything you would expect it to. Solid purchase

Nice quality! Great for my purposes. I would have given it 5 stars except the glue that the product sticker is stuck to the pan with is extremely had to get off! Had to use lots of Goo Be Gone. Have some handy if you order this.

It is exactly what I'm looking for!
