I have been dealing with severe constipation, bloating, and pain for several years. After xrays and a colonoscopy, the GI doctor's medications just made it worse. I quit those meds and started using this 2 months ago. It took about 2 weeks into the first bottle to start seeing results. But now my all of my symptoms are gone. Its been life changing.

First off, the product itself seems high-quality. The capsules were easy to swallow, and the probiotic itself seemed potent. I refrigerated the bottle as soon as I received it. Unfortunately, these didn’t quite work for me as I had hoped. However, I do plan to keep them and use them sparingly, like once a week, or every two weeks. But definitely not every day. Pitting good and bad bacteria against each other can be like fighting fire with fire. On day one, I felt pretty well, like my stomach was healing. But by day 2, I felt really off and sick. It didn’t feel like a typical die-off reaction. I slept poorly, I felt constipated, and I just had a general feeling of malaise. I couldn’t continue on. That said, these may well work for others. I just don’t feel they’re right for me. However, I’ll continue to use them occasionally when I feel I need a probiotic boost. But as far as getting rid of h. Pylori, I’d rather stick to herbal antibiotics, such as garlic and berberine. I seem to respond better to those.

It seems to take the pain away, apparently it suppose to bind to h pylori in the stomach and gut to get rid of them. I don't refrigerate it because the modified l Reuteri is already dead. I am take their zinc l carnosine but it's too early to tell because they recommend 1 to 3 months. I wish I started this product along time ago and didn't have to suffer for 6+ months of pain. No side affects so far when taking on empty stomach or with food. Give this product a go.

I wanted to share an important consideration regarding the probiotic Lactobacillus reuteri. While it offers significant health benefits, it is known to be a histamine-producing strain. Certain beneficial bacteria, including many strains of L. reuteri, convert the amino acid histidine (found in food) into histamine within the gut. For most people, this is not a problem. However, for those with histamine intolerance—often caused by a deficiency in the DAO enzyme that breaks down histamine—this increase can overload the system. This is what I suspect happened to me. Shortly after I began taking L. reuteri, I developed persistent headaches and sinus congestion. These are classic symptoms of excess histamine. If you know you are sensitive to histamine, be aware that this powerful probiotic might trigger your symptoms.

Been positive with hpylori for at least 5 yrs, nothing was effective to eradicate it till coming across this Supersmart Hpylori Formula. Within 2 wks ,my hpylori stool test came back negative, my Cologuard also came back negative! Highly encourage to trial using this product to see if it works for you too. I will continue to use this product .....

I was suffering. I took a capsule reluctantly.. not sure what would happen. Within 15 minutes the symptoms started to subsiid. Really surprised me. The prescription I've tried from my doctor was to much 3 four times a day. Give this a try. But if you have a immune issue this might not be for you.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto perché non sono riuscita a proseguire con la terapia antibiotica per eradicare Helicobacter (dopo un solo giorno stavo malissimo e tutt'ora soffro di insonnia, un effetto collaterale di un antibiotico associato ad un altro😅). Li assumo da nemmeno una settimana e non posso dire se funziona o meno, ma la mia nutrizionista mi ha detto che si tratta di un'azienda sicura e che va bene per questo tipo di problema: mi ha anche suggerito di assumerlo anche per tre mesi (ovviamente voi chiedete sempre al vostro medico, non fate di testa vostra). Do cinque stelle perché è arrivato nei tempi previsti 👍🏼👍🏼 AGGIORNAMENTO: al termine del mese di questo barattolo di pillole, devo dire che mi sento molto molto meglio. Ovviamente io continuo ad assumere un gastroprotettore da 40 mg, insieme a questo probiotico. Penso che continuerò così. AGGIORNAMENTO (12/03/2026): recentemente ho fatto le analisi per Helicobacter e ho scoperto di averlo debellato. Posso confermare che questo prodotto fa davvero ciò che promette ma devo dire, per essere chiari, che io ho adottato diversi accorgimenti affinché riuscissi nell'obiettivo. Per mesi ho fatto uso di gastroprotettori e ho adottato una dieta più salutare (evitando cibi acidi, troppo speziati o elaborati). Comunque consiglio questo prodotto, ne vale assolutamente la pena!
