Very effective

I always thought this was some holdover from the 70s, snake oil product. And am mad I didn’t try it sooner. Finally, after decades of suffering, and taking Zoloft for PMDD, Magnesium and ibuprofen (which all help and I still take), I’ve started this to deal with cramping and fatigue, two symptoms the other drugs don’t help. And the worst two, after the help I get from the others. These must be Loaded with caffeine b/c regular liquid coffee has never been able to combat my PMS fatigue, but this does. And the cramping isn’t always 100% gone, but enough that I can mostly ignore the discomfort. Depending on the day (the severity fluctuates month to month), I can go from spending most of the day in bed to being functional and having the energy to carry out chores, which is huge. So, this has my vote. And now I understand why it’s still being sold. It works.

This really helps with my cramps, bloating, and period headaches. I also like the little energy boost from the caffeine—it helps me get through the day when I usually feel exhausted. I’ve tried other products, but this one works the best for me. I take it with food and haven’t had any issues. Definitely keeping it in my routine.

I really love to order these especially around my terrible premen monthly cycles! It helps out with the fatigue. There is caffeine in these, but I don't feel any significant crash. Take as recommended. Every 4-6 hours. I take mine in the morning and it helps me get up and start my daily routîne. Great product

This is a great buy, but I’m also a nurse and I looked at the back and it has the same ingredients as Excedrin migraine so you could either buy Excedrin migraine or this medication as well. I got it for her. But it’s the same ingredients as migraine medicine so keep that in mind.
