Buyer beware, end of life software updates.
I love Chromebooks and this is a great model, bought refurbished it has scuffs and scratches across but works well and he battery life is great. BUT being an old model means that it has reached it's end of life automatic update from Google. PI wasn't aware this may happen as I have always purchased new Chromebooks before. ALWAYS check tge model number against Google auto update policy for your model before purchase.

It keeps crashing, doesn’t connect to the internet. Don’t ever buy anything refurbished.

Obvious signs of use/damage
The description said works and looks like new with minimal signs of use.This item works fine, but is quite badly damaged on the screen/lid edge, deep grooves along one edgeDisappointed to say the least

Perfect condition
The HP Chromebook 14 G3 Laptop came in the condition you'd expect a brand new product. Really recommend for those wanting instant power on and access to the internet. Charge lasts about 5 hours before needing more juice.
