Has anyone had an issue with the inside of the cushion (where the air is in) not staying in place? it gathers up and doesn't stay flat.

It may help keep the air chamber of your Back Vitalizer stay flat if you could avoid “slipping” on it, e.g. dragging a chair around while sitting on your Back Vitalizer over it, because as a support medium, air has a great compressive loading capacity, but is not good at taking any shearing stress or load… Hope that this tip helps?

Is the Deal buy 3 for price of 2 still available?

Dear customer, Thanks for your inquiry. The offer "Buy 3 for the price of 2." is not available all the time, you can also double check this offer by yourself, adding 3 to the cart, and the offer would be valid if you check out with the price of 2 then. You are very important to us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and my team if there is anything we can do better for you. Regards, Ajuvia Team

Can I purchase just the inflatable piece? Mine is no longer holding air.

Dear customer, We would be happy to help our customer with any warranty issues. We can send you a free replacement air chamber if it is still under 3-year warranty.

Can this be deflated and folded to put in a daypack?

Yes, you can easily deflate the air and the Back Vitalizer can be folded in half, tri fold or even into a quarter of its size or rolled! It's very compact so you can fit it into your daypack, purse, backpack, laptop bag, luggage, etc so you can carry it and use wherever you are. The inflation valve allows you to quickly inflate it again with air when you are ready to use it. Very durable with a 3 year warranty.
