WORKPRO 5-Piece 9-Inch Wood Pruning Reciprocating Saw Blade Set, 5TPI, CR-V Steel Saw Blade Kit for Wood Cutting and Tree Pruning

Had an opportunity to use these to trim some cedar branches lately and was very impressed with how well they cut! Plenty of times I have a small tree to cut down or branches to trim or that have fallen and need cut up for the fire pit that are too big to use my loppers on but aren't enough to want to gas and oil up the chainsaw for a couple minutes work, then have to drain the oil out till next time! Have just been using the wood blades on my battery operated sawzall for these small jobs but sometimes I almost wish I had gone with the chainsaw because it takes so long to cut through some of these things. Plus on loose branches, sometimes if you don't have a good hold and pressure on the end of the branch it shakes and vibrates your whole body because the teeth have caught and it's just moving the branch back and forth violently and not cutting anything! These blades cut at probably twice the speed of standard wood blades and so far, no vibrations! I even cut through some hefty branches on a tree that was taken down that were almost as wide as the length of the blade and it did very well. It is as good as the chainsaw? Obviously not. It is an acceptable alternative to the chainsaw for small/quick jobs? Definitely! If you don't have a chainsaw and/or have a sawzall and some small jobs to do cutting unwanted small trees or trimming small-sizeable branches, these are a perfectly good alternative. Highly recommend.

Good value for the money. It has made yard work that much easier for pruning trees. The blades are solid. The length of the blade is as advertised. Overall, has performed well.

These work great. Well worth what you pay for them. I cut through 4" limbs like butter.

🚨🚨🚨🚨Addition to my review; I just spent the day trimming brush and some sapplings that were around 3" to 5" diameter and the blade ended the day just as sharp as it was brand new! I highly recommend these blades! ***†************* These appear to be made with good quality steel. Not to mention that they are razor sharp and have very aggressively set teeth!!! Can't wait to get out in my woods behind the house to try them out!

These blades are very affordable and effective for basic tree pruning. I did not need or want expensive big box store packages with the mix of metal and wood cutting blades. Just some basic blades that I can discard when they get dull. This is it. Problem solved! Great value, good mix of two sizes, and the blades are thick enough to do the job.

These work pro wood pruning blades work really well. I used them with our Milwaukee sawzill and they cut through birch logs easy and quicky. Most of my other blades just bend but these are solid, thick and have aggressive teeth. The 9 inch -5pack is a great deal and I would definitely buy them again.

Outstanding. Wandered the forest behind my house gathering branches from a recent wind storm and this blade on my cordless reciprocating saw made short work of all the debris on the ground. The photo shows only the first of many piles that high that a single blade took care of. Bonus, there are 4 more blades left. While the 9-inch blade was limited to just 6 to 7" diameter branch, my chainsaw took care of the bigger ones. Will have to order the 12-inch version and check it out.
