Easy peasy
I've been using some old fondue forks to open up crab legs and have bent them out of shape as a result. I thought I'd give these a try and boy am I glad I did. They don't that impressive, but man do they get the job done with the greatest of ease. Wish I'd bought some of these years ago!

They do the job the little forky thingies can't
This makes getting all that crab meat hiding in the legs so much easier, and I really wish they sold metal versions too. I haven't managed to break any piece so far, so I'm hoping they last me a long time.
