I was skeptical at first, but this works extremely well!
Unlike other designs the step is below the latch hook. This makes it much easier to use for smaller people (kids) and less flexible people (dads). Itโs very stable and the step is made of a very rigid type of plastic, maybe ABS, Iโm not sure. The step doesnโt flex at all. Even with 220lb of human and some luggage perched atop it. The rubberized hook and bumper make it extremely grippy and stable while in use. It fold down small enough that you can keep it in a door pocket, or center console.

What an Amazing Little Gadget!
Ok. I've got to say this thing is awesome! Im only 4'10" and its so hard for me to reach the top of ANY vehicle. I bought a Jeep Compass last year and putting this door step on to reach to roof to secure a cargo sack was so freaking helpful. Before I saw this little gadget on a YouTube mention, I drove from MT to NY with a soft luggage sack on the roof of my Jeep. Every time I stopped, I checked the straps to make sure nothing had come loose and that the straps were still functional and secure. It was a pain in the behind! Standing on the threshold of the door was hard and I often lost my balance. On my way back from NY to MT, I had this handy dandy door step, and Im telling ya, it was so much easier to hook this into place and step up to reach the roof! It made securing the straps and checking them a breeze. Thank you so much for creating this simple yet useful little object. It forever stays in my Jeep and I will be ordering one for each vehicle I have.

Great step!
This is the step you should buy. I first bought a cheaper one but it was so crappy and small & flimsy, I decided to spring for a real one. This is super strong and the step is sturdy and substantial.

Does not work w/ a 2019 Subaru Forrester
This step is very well made (high quality) and worth the price. The only thing is it does not work on the back doors on a 2019 Subaru Forrester. Below the u-bolt (for the door lock) the body on the metal is rounded. This prevents the step from finding a flat spot to lock into. When you use the step, it slips out from under you. If the metal is wet, forget it will not grip. It seems if you use it, you will dent the metal body of the car over time. Works fine in the front door because the metal body under the u-bolt is flat. Completely functional. You need the back door to work to access items on your rack. The front door use gives you limited access to the roof rack.

This step has changed my life. Get rid of the folding step stool.
Get rid of the folding step stool. This step has changed my life. When packing for a camping trip I have to access my Thule Cargo Box. This is mounted on top of my Outback. It was necessary to have the step stool to access my "stuff". When I found this it was a "no-brainer" It stores in the door pocket and is mounted in about 10 seconds. I weigh 200 pounds and it easily supports me. The rubber coatings do a great job of protect the door jamb. I can move it to either side of the car and use it on the front and rear doors. It has to adjustments to allow a level installation. I have wide feet and can still find a way to put both feet on the step. It is a true 'game changer' for rooftop access. Genius design. It is a good product.

Super handy step
I have a 2016 Mazda CX-9 with a roof rack that generally has either a basket or j-hooks on it. This step makes it very easy to get up to load / unload / adjust the racks. Feels extremely solid under a 200lb man.

Great
I saw this item on a rerun of Shark Tank and knew I needed to get this for my truck and can used with my mother's SUV/CUV and it is great. I am so happy this product has been made it really fixes and issue and my tuck isn't huge, but I know if you have tall SUV/CUV or truck this is something you need to have

Great product that makes life easier. Yes, it will dent your door frame
I was a bit skeptical of this, based upon the price and lack of competing options (note, there are now a couple of knock-offs out there), but went ahead and got it to help w/ loading up our roof rack for camping. Pros - It's big, and even for someone w/ decent sized shoes (11), I can get both of my feet on there when I really need to stretch up. - It's sturdy. I have absolutely no worry that this thing will bend or break. It's a tank. - It fits onto the door frame and latch very easily. There's no having to fight to install it for use. Cons - I've seen that some of the newer competing product have a fold-up "hook" so that it packs flat. That would be nice, as this item is a bit bulky. I'm not sure if that would compromise it's stability/ruggedness, however, so am not dinging it for the lack of this. - Yes, it WILL cause denting in your doorframe if you weight more than a few pounds (200 here). My perspective is that I bought my SUV to take camping, and I expect my car to get scratched, bumped, and dinged. The dents don't cause any use issues, they are only cosmetic, and to me are just a battle scar of what I bought my car for. If you are worried about the pristine nature of your vehicle, buy a standalone stepladder and packing blanket instead of this item, so you can baby it to your heart's content.

A great size and very sturdy
There are cheaper products on the market but I doubt they are as well made as the Moki. I can comfortably stand on the step with 2 feet and it feels really sturdy. Iโm glad I went with the Moki.
