ECT-3100 4-Slice Long Slot Toaster, Stainless Steel

I'm so happy with this toaster, it is simple to operate and provides consistent results so far. I love that I don't have to click on little electronic icons of toast pictures to specify how dark I want it, instead it's just a simple dial-Yay! It looks great on my kitchen counter, yet the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. This toaster accommodates four pieces of regular size bread, or longer/thicker pieces of various artisanal breads. Did I mention that it also has a lever on the left side that pops up a special rack that can be used to warm breads, buns, etc.? Fabulous, and at a great price, too! Buy this toaster, you won't be disappointed.

This is a very nice toaster for the money - a great value. It works great, as advertised. It looks very nice. The width of a 2-slot toaster, but capability of toasting 4 pieces, perfectly. For my first test: I toasted 2 pieces of thick raisin toast, and they came out to perfection. Nicely browned, heated all the way through with no burnt raisins. I am very pleased with this toaster so much, I purchased a second one for giving as a gift. Thank you!

Received this toaster a couple days ago. So I am still trying it out. I used it a couple times with no bread in it, as recommended. I did not smell any chemical smells coming from it. I then toasted my bread on number 4 setting. It was not dark enough for me. Next time I tried it on highest setting, nicely browned, and did not burn bread. I wished it was a little darker yet, but it turned out nicely. Tomorrow I will push it down twice to see what happens.😊 I do like this toaster very much and looks so nice on the counter.

We have purchased 2 toasters as gifts to adult children (no complaints), 2 for ourselves and 1 was returned prior to use. When fully functioning, this is an excellent toaster. Have had to return 1 at the 'testing' stage and before use because not all of the elements were heating up. No problem with toast being burned - but keep in mind when making multiple consecutive batches the heating elements are already hot and the toast level needs to be reduced slightly to avoid over-toasting. Also, beyond bagels, different types of bread require different toast times, it all depends on bread content variables and freshness so adjust accordingly. We had to replace our first toaster because someone (not me, LOL) had re-toasted a slice 'for just a second', forgot, and forced the lever up manually instead of using the cancel button because of burning toast and we believe it broke the magnet that holds the lever down. Before this, the lever stayed down and worked appropriately. Lesson learned - use the timer always! That's why they have the cancel option - or just unplug if urgent. Also with our first toaster one of the slots no longer worked because our son broke the elements trying to retrieve a small gluten frozen pancake. Definitely operator errors so we are trying again. But back to the frozen pancakes - the inside wire slots are about 1-1/4" apart and allows smaller crooked frozen waffles/pancakes to sometimes get caught between the slot and the heating elements and the food then kind of bakes permanently wrapped in between the wires and are hard to pull out. Hopefully, in their next update, they will reduce the slot distance to IDK maybe .75"? In the meantime, teaching kids to be careful when using with bent frozen pancakes and waffles. Also, I had to use a white sharpie to fill in the hole on the temperature dial to make it easier to see when setting. We all want a $10 toaster but can't dial back time, so the current price is reasonable given the other options.

This toaster has been a really nice upgrade for our kitchen, especially after our old 2-slice one finally stopped working. The long, wide slots are super convenient and fit everything we’ve tried so far—thick slices of bread, bagels, even frozen waffles—without any hassle. The defrost setting has been great for busy mornings, making it easy to toast frozen items quickly and evenly. Everything comes out nicely browned, and the different settings make it easy for everyone to get their toast just how they like it. I also really appreciate the warming feature, which is perfect for gently heating items without over-toasting them. The warming rack is also a nice touch for heating up pastries while the toast is going. It looks good on the counter, feels solid, and the crumb trays make cleanup really simple. Overall, it’s a great value for the price.

I can’t say enough great things about the Elite Gourmet Toaster. It is a beautiful stainless steel. I use my toaster at least once a day. There are so many pluses to this toaster that I have been wishing someone would come up with for a long time. To name a few - everything you toast pops up ABOVE the top of the top of the toaster. Finally, no burned finger trying to get hot toast, bagels, etc., out. Six levels of toasting so you have whatever color you prefer to choose from consistently perfect. Next no separation in this 4 slice toaster, plus extra wide slots. So I can toast extra wide and long pieces without loosing part of them because they get stuck in the toaster. Then my favorite new feature, a warming tray!! You hit a lever and up pops a metal “tray” that you can lay what you want to keep warm on. This is perfect because so often my English muffins are ready before the rest of my breakfast. No more cold muffins!! A bit pricey but worth every cent. I highly recommend this toaster. When they say “Elite Gourmet” this is the perfect name!!!!

Bought this toaster in October 2024. Worked great & loved it at the time. However now the burners dont toast. If your ok with having a toaster for about 2 years then go for it. 4 stars as it was great while it lasted. Now time to look for a new toaster....again.

So far rather impressed with this toaster, I've had it for a month now. Easy and straightforward control knobs, with an easy cancel knob. Easy to clean and maintain. Holds wide bread slices. Toasting so far is fine, sometimes a bit more toasted but nothing out of the normal. Best is the rack for toasting things like pop-tarts, croissants and danishes. They sit on the rack while the toaster goes on and it works really well heating them up. The toaster isn't small but the design makes it super nice to look at. I highly recommend this product.

Worst toaster I have ever had. Description states 1300 watts. And it was only 900 watts. Had to turn dial down as far as it would go, and still burned the toast. On the 2nd. day of use, the toaster would not pop up, the lever only came 1/2 way up. Very poor quality.
