Can this be used over a gel polish manicure? I have natural nails, gel polish, and matte gel topcoat; can I use this on top to achieve a shiny look?

Yes. It can be used on any type of polish. Yes, it is Shiney, yes it dries very fast thru all layers. Yes, this is my absolute FAVORITE and ONLY top and fast dry I will EVER use!!!!

How do you remove it?

I ususally have an undercoat and two coats of color and then the top coat, so I can just peel it off, then use remover for the remainder.

Does seche vive gel shrink like seche vite?

It dries quick like Seche Vite, so some shrinkage is be expected I would think. But I haven't noticed any problems with the finished look.
