This should be a staple in everyone’s vitamin pantry. A great digestive aide for bloating etc or a great binder when cleansing or detoxing the body. (Don’t take within 3-4hrs of other meds or vitamins because it will bind those as well rendering them useless)

I love the NOW Brand of supplements. I have several different ones made by them and they never disappoint. I have always bought a different brand of Activated Charcoal at the pharmacy but since I already know this brand is good I decided to buy this. I'm glad I did!
