Where can I buy replacements for broken long pole?

I bought a generic replacement on Amazon that comes unassembled. Wherever the pole broke you just cut the bungee cord but be sure to hold both sides so it doesn't snap back, remove the broken portion of the pole, and add in a new segment with bungee cord threaded through it... Just tie the bungee to the original threads and all good to go

How easy is it to pitch?

We are 69 & 70 we have pitched lots of tents. This is a large tent and as easy as any tent it's size to set up. The first time took a bit longer just reading the instructions and all but she owns time it was fine! We love ours!
