KitchenAid KFE5T Flex Edge Beater for 4.8 L Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, Stand Mixer Accessory for Mixing Cake Batter, Cookie Dough & Mashed Potatoes

Incredible product. Not only does it cream your butter and sugar perfectly but it also doesn't let your eggs curdle. The Cake batter I mixed was light and airy. Like your other paddle attachment it's all metal, so durable. The only disadvange is that it leaves a line of Batter at the top of the bowl that has to be mixed back with a spoon.

Compatible with a 5qt kitchenaid this edge beater is amazing. The added module helps scraping off the ingredients from the sides of the kitchenaid. I bought this right before Christmas and made dozens of cookies with the help of this tool. Super easy to clean too, im amazed by the quality of it.

Wanted as a useful addition to new Kitchen Aid purchased recently. Great For mixing cakes without the need for constant scraping down the bowl.

Perfect fit in our Kitchenaid mixer and helps combining the ingredients usually stuck around the edges. Works well
