We've all heard it before. The most effective workout is the one you actually DO! So motivation is the key, and music is one of the best motivators. Great music makes your workout more fun and keeps you exercising because you look forward to it. That's why Leslie created WALK TO THE HITS. Walk to the Hits features hit music and High Intensity Interval Training (aka HIIT) it's the perfect combination! Hit music pumps up your pace, and HIIT training alternates between bursts of all-out effort and periods of recovery, allowing you to walk a shorter session and blast away as many calories as you would in a longer one. A study published in The Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness showed that women who completed a 12 week HIIT program lost more weight than a group who performed longer sessions of moderate intensity cardio. The HIIT group also lost more belly fat. In short, walking to the hits using HIIT training is a sure-fire way to fire-up your walk! For this program, Leslie took some of her favorite party songs and combined them with fresh new Walk At Home moves to create a 3 Mile Walk like none other. It's pure party energy!! You know how the music you hear at the best parties makes you want to move and just feels good? Well this walk has it! It's like a great, big calorie burning celebration! Review: 4 1/2 stars - I give this DVD 4.5 stars, but since that wasn't an option, I went with 5. Let's start w/ why I took down the 1/2 star. I think the HIIT sessions are too short...I think they should be at least 1 minute long instead of just 30 seconds. Anyway, on to the good stuff!! I was a bit hesitant to order this DVD for fear of it being too similar to the Walk to the HITs Radio Remixes DVD; but I'm soooooo glad I decided to order this one because I actually like this DVD more than the radio remixes one!! This is the same concept & format as the Radio Remixes, but this walk was different in many ways...more upbeat, and some different moves (such as the step knees). I actually sweated a lot more in this workout. Even though the HIIT sessions were too short for me, I still got a great workout, and more importantly it was fun & energetic! 3-mile walks are my favorite because they're the perfect amount of time (45 min). This is definitely a great one & I'm super glad I bought it. I actually enjoyed the music very much & didn't think they were lame at all (& I'm one of Leslie's younger fans born in the 80's). I use Leslie's DVDs 6 to 7 x a week to maintain my weight loss; leslie is truly my favorite DVD fitness guru. Even though I'm young & healthy & able to do higher intensity workouts, I prefer to stick with Leslie's walk DVDs because they are gentle, fun & so effective! Sorry, I'm rambling on now.....GET THIS DVD! And if you're debating between this one or the radio remixes, get this one instead! Review: Party Exercise!!! Love it! - Leslie Sansone’s 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘴 is a unique take on the ever-popular "Walk at Home" exercise routine, blending the tried-and-true benefits of walking with an upbeat, music-driven atmosphere. In this workout video, Sansone has once again found a way to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and fitness levels. This particular installment stands out thanks to its lively, danceable soundtrack and energetic vibe. 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭 & 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: The workout follows a simple structure that is easy to follow, even for beginners. Sansone leads participants through various walking steps in place, with low-impact movements designed to elevate the heart rate without stressing the joints. The "Party Songs" theme is a fun twist, with energetic tracks from across decades, primarily focusing on pop hits, that keep you moving with enthusiasm. Whether it's classic '80s hits or more modern chart-toppers, the music choice feels intentional, aiming to evoke a celebratory mood rather than just offering a typical workout soundtrack. Sansone’s instructions are clear, and she’s approachable, delivering motivating cues that inspire you to keep moving. The walking steps themselves are simple but effective — think of it as a low-intensity aerobics session, where the goal is to get your heart pumping without feeling overwhelmed. For those new to fitness or looking for something gentler on their body, this is a great entry point into a regular exercise routine. 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 & 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲: The heart of this program is the playlist, and Sansone nails it. The songs are not only familiar but also highly infectious. Tracks like "𝘜𝘱𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘍𝘶𝘯𝘬" and "𝘏𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺" elevate the energy, encouraging participants to stay on their feet, tap their toes, and even throw in a little groove. The music transforms what could be a monotonous walking session into a mini dance party. What really sets this video apart is the music’s role in motivation. In traditional walking workouts, the focus is mostly on the pace, counting steps, and maintaining consistency. However, here, the tempo of the songs is perfectly synced with the walking patterns, allowing you to match the beat, which helps keep the workout fun and invigorating. 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Leslie’s walking routines are widely known for being low-impact, and this version is no different. The moves are simple, effective, and low-resistance, meaning they can be easily adapted by people of varying fitness levels. There are no complicated choreography or high-impact jumps, making it an ideal choice for beginners, seniors, or those with physical limitations. The beauty of this workout is its accessibility; it doesn't require a gym, special equipment, or even much space—just a little room to step in place and a willingness to have fun. Additionally, the beauty of 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘵𝘴 is in its versatility. The workout can be done indoors (perfect for rainy days or winter months) and can be easily fit into a busy schedule. Even though the workout is only about 30 minutes long, it’s structured to give you a solid cardiovascular workout, which is perfect for people with time constraints. 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬: While the 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘴 video is fun and effective for what it is, it may not challenge those who are already in more advanced fitness levels. The intensity is intentionally moderate, and while that’s great for beginners or those looking for a more casual workout, it might leave more seasoned fitness enthusiasts craving something more. For those seeking strength training, more intense cardio, or a wider variety of exercises, this routine might feel repetitive. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: Leslie Sansone’s 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘬 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘚𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘴 succeeds in delivering an enjoyable, approachable workout that’s perfect for those looking to get active in a lighthearted, non-intimidating way. The music is its standout feature, injecting fun into the experience while helping participants maintain a good rhythm. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or want a quick, low-impact workout that you can do at home, this video will likely become a go-to. Sansone’s ability to keep things simple yet motivating, combined with the catchy tunes, creates a perfect recipe for a fitness experience that feels less like a chore and more like a dance party.

Love the HIIT Training DVDS!! Party Songs is a new favorite!
Walk to the Hits Party Songs and Walk to the Hits Remix are 2 of my favorite Leslie Sansone DVDs and I have about 15 of hers. I love the music and even the instrumental music that she uses between the songs. I feel like I get a great workout. After you have done this workout many times like I have, you can always give it an additional boost by wearing weighted gloves or adding little hops, etc. I get a great workout just by doing the workout itself but their are options if you need a little something more. I love Leslie and for the most part, there isn't any annoying walkers on this DVD with exception to one that feels like she needs to sing the entire song every time the vocal music plays which gets on my nerves a bit, but you might not even notice it. I hope Leslie continues to make these HIIT DVDs with popular, familiar songs because I would buy everyone of them. Love it! Highly recommend it if you are trying to shed pounds and change your body. I have been doing Leslie and Jessica Smith's walking DVD for the past several months. Though I have seen the numbers on the scale drop a bit, I can tell my body is changing by the way my clothes are fitting. I also received 2 compliments last week from co-workers commenting on me losing weight. 95% of my exercise is from walk at home DVD's. Give it a try! If you faithfully do them, you will see changes.

I have lost over 100 pounds with Leslie Sansone so you might say I have walked many miles to her DVDs. I have to say that this one is my favorite so far! I love that she still has her signature four moves but incorporates some new moves that keep it from being just like all the rest. The music in this one is excellent and sets a great pace for moving or dancing. The HIIT training is great; it certainly gets the heart rate up. If you have never used any Walk Away dvd's before or are a long time fan, then I'd definitely recommend this one.

I like this workout very much, because it's not too long, not too hard, but moves every muscles, healthy and makes you fit. I am close to fifty, so I needed some exercise that I can do regularly without exhausting myself, and indeed I keep loosing weight. Additionally, this is a very good entertainment, you actually find yourself enjoying it, with the good music playing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be fit and healthy, especially after forty, and to people who understand that regular and persistant activity can bring results or changes that last.
