So i just eye-measured the width and was convinced the 71" wouldn't fit so i bought this and......too big. My mistake. Seems sturdy, arrived quickly etc.... Will use it as curtain rod to separate living room/dining room. It's not wasted but just got a new destination.

Hard to adjust, and tension didn't hold. But, this is a long length to cover (92 inches) so have to consider that. I was very happy to find this in the length I needed.

I came across this curtain rod after a failed attempt to make a DIY curtain rod. I like how easy it was to install it. Literally like 5 minutes. The plastic wrapping is hard to take off so I just left it on. I will be removing it soon to paint the room, so for now it's okay to have the packaging on it. Overall, I wish it could have been cheaper. $32 bucks is a steep price tag. However, this curtain rod can be taken with and it looks and feels pretty sturdy. I see it lasting for a few years. The best part is you don't have to drill holes in the wall.

This rod isn't the easiest to install when you put curtains on it before installing in place. I bought this for a large bedroom window where a standard rod could not be used. I hung sheers and drapes on the rod (both 63" inches so not that heavy), but I had great difficulty installing the rod because I had to stand on a bench to reach my window while making sure the sheers and drapes did not fall off either end of the rod while trying to tighten the rod. It took several minutes to accomplish this with all the balancing of the rod that had to be done because of its length. I finally got everything where I wanted it and was so happy I had finally accomplished this. However, a couple of weeks later during the night I heard a crash and didn't realize that the rod with sheers and drapes had fallen on the floor until morning since I was half asleep. I got out the ladder again and replaced the rod and this time it only lastly in place for 1 day. This time I only hung the sheers and it has stayed in placed a few days now but i don't know for how long. Also, I want to rehang the drapes but this rod doesn't seem to be able to hold the weight. I would not buy this rod again.

Best item I bought for really rust proof. Love my choice.

I have a small stall shower in my motorhome. I have to take the rod and curtain down when I drive the rig. I didn't think about the rig flexing a bit as it moves. In a stationary house with sturdy walls that don't flex, this would not be an issue. I am still looking for a way to either stabilize this rod or one that mounts with screws and a support flange. This is not a defect in the way it's made, just a defect in not thinking things through before purchase. So if you are thinking about it for your motor home, find another product. If your house is a traditional house, I do recommend this rod. I didn't take off a star because it's my fault it does not fit my needs as I would like.

Was looking for something to separate a room. Not quite what I wanted. Definitely need two people to get it tight on a long wall. Was hoping for a little more tension after setting the width

So we must have tried 5 different shower rods before this one - all the tension style. EVERY SINGLE ONE fell down within 24hrs and we returned it. But this one has not moved in months! Our shower surround is high gloss porcelain stone-look tiles, and this rod feels like it is screwed into the wall. Don't even both with other rods, get this one and never hear your curtain and rod crash down again.

I used this product to attach to each end of the wall of my shower in order to hang some washed clothes and/or clothes that had been in the dryer. I am disappointed as it does not tighten when attached to the walls, no matter what I do. It may stay for a short while but generally loses it's light grip and falls.

Used to hang window curtain ina narrow room. It is quite sturdy and grips well, however a little sag in the middle which might create a problem later. So far so good.

It was a bit of a task to install, but once figured out, Twas easy. Thou is sturdy as an ox.

Not a great colour. Easy to install. Thank have actual fabric curtains that are relatively heavy, hold just fine.
