Unsatisfactory resolution of issue
The Amazon catalogue showed distinctly 2 sizes , one L and another S/M. I specifically chose to order S/M. But a product of size 'L' was sent. On my request of replacement, wherein, explicit reason of "wrong size" was stated, a replacement was very promptly sent, which was excellent. But alas, again a "L" size product.!

Did help my heel pain. Usage reduces pain the morning. I walk 10+ kms daily and I suffer from heel pain. This kind of helped me though I am still walking the same distance everyday
