What is the Wheelbase?

It only has energized rear wheels.

What’s the length of the car?

Just measured. It is 5 inches in length.

Will it fit on racetrack ?

I suppose it depends on how big the racetrack is. This car is 2 inches wide and a little over 4 inches long, so it won't fit on one of those smaller Hot Wheels tracks

Does the tires move when you adjust the wheel?

No the front tires are not connected to the steering wheel. But all four tires do roll.
