Perfect for medium rooms
Great addition for any medium size, conference room or huddle space where conferencing is utilized. Have done multiple clients, huddle and small conference rooms. Always satisfied with Logitech and the expanded mic is great for large tables

MIssing parts
The item is in an excellent state as described. The usb c / usb original cable 5m was missing and the wall mount piece as well It should be mentioned in the product description!

Not surprised, had issues with it being renewed
there is something rattling inside and it will move up and down but not side to side. Probably what's rattling.

DID NOT COME WITH ALL PARTS
Be aware when buying refurbished ore renewed. The wall mount did not come with the unit. Have not plugged it in yet to see if it works. Also, NOT easy to find just a replacement mount online.

Makes web meeting more like in person gathering
Bought this Amazon renewed business oriented “webcam” for use in my home with a computer attached to our television for web meetings with friends and family. While it is more expensive than conventional webcams, it is amazing and makes socializing through web meetings more like in person gatherings. With superior audio and video, very wide angle views and the way it follows the group, it is a joy to use and would also be a great asset to business meetings. And as a renewed product, there was significant savings.
