At first, it does itch and slightly burn when applied, which I understand is common with magnesium oil. With continued use, my body adjusted and the sensation became much milder. It absorbs well, isn’t greasy, and I’ve found it helpful for relaxation and muscle comfort over time. Good quality product once you get past the initial tingling.

This magnesium oil spray is a fantastic product! I use it regularly for muscle soreness and tension, and it works almost instantly to provide relief. It’s easy to apply, just a few sprays on the affected area, and it absorbs quickly into the skin. I’ve also noticed improved sleep and less fatigue since adding it to my routine. The only thing to keep in mind is that it might cause a slight tingling sensation at first, but that fades with continued use. I really love this as a super quick and easy way to get more magnesium. However, I do 12 sprays each night (which totals 100mg) so I go through a bottle very fast. If you use less than that each day then it would last you longer! I do also still get some slight burning/itching when I first apply it but it only lasts a few seconds so it’s definitely bearable.

I'm a fan and I trust this brand, it really works. It helps make me calm and sleepy at night. The bottle says 6 sprays is about 50mg so I put 6 sprays on each foot before bed and I'm asleep within the hour. All magnesium products warn that it will irritate skin and cause a burning sensation, and so this brand is no exception. When I spray it directly on my skin, its quite uncomfortable but I saw some great advice saying to spray it on the bottom of your feet because the skin is thicker and more tough and that's been working perfectly for me! and I have no irritation on my feet. Sometimes I wash it off after 30 minutes because I don't like getting oil in my bed sheets. It does make my feet feel quite sticky more than oily so I like to wear socks after spraying it on.

I have used magnesium oil for some time now. But have used magnesium since 2012. The oil is so much better for me because I have bad tummy issues and can't always take medications. This allows me to by pass the tummy. The skin won't allow more into the body than it needs. This type here even has soothing properties. I am able to use on my dog with health issues. I love the oil for sleep. But when my RLS starts up late at night I just spray a little onto the back of my legs and massage in a little and then it subsides and I have no more issues. Great product but I don't like calling it a product. I love it and recommend it for you even if you don't think you do. Most people today are defiant in magnesium. It has been proven. Anyways I say buy you some today before a muscle cramp or even period pains start up. Or your hormones get all out of wack. It helps with even those things .It is something your body already pretty much makes. If you have questions just ask them or maybe check out some videos or website about magnesium oils. I got this as many people recommended it for a low/non toxic deodorant solution. I used for over a month probably and would spray my armpits with it. I’m a naturally sweaty and stinky woman, and was skeptical that this would work, but once my body got used to it I could go a couple of days without spraying it or normal deodorant - which was amazing to me considering how much I sweat and how I would typically have body odor quickly. It would sting and/or itch when I’d use it so I stopped using it after I shaved, but even then it still was causing me issues. I started breaking out in my armpit area, pimple like looking bumps, but they were irritated bumps/rashes essentially. I kept using it a few weeks longer despite this because it worked so good, but I eventually decided to stop since the discomfort and bumps didn’t go away when using.

I could never taketh medication, Modafinil, even though I needed it for adult ADD and fatigue, because it gave me terrible tension headaches. I figured it was worth a try and ordered it. After it arrived I sprayed it on my feel the next morning , put on my socks and took a Modafinil . I didn't get a headache. I figured it was a fluk. But I kept up with the spray and took the Modafinil over the next few days and not 1 headache. NOT ONE. It is amazing. I must have had a magnesium deficiency all these years as I have struggled endlessly with headaches. I am so grateful to have accidentally found something that works. I have been taking my prescribed meds for a week now and using the spray, feeling healthy and productive and life is much better.
