I have both Sparkling Gems I and II. I absolutely LOVE these two books! I wish I could have had them when I was first saved and through the decades of struggling as a Christian. I never had a mentor. But I now consider Rick Renner my mentor. He ministers to me in every way I need on every conceivable topic I struggle with and on just everything a Christian needs to understand about living a God honoring, fruitful, Christ centered life. I'd tell every new believer.....you need a Bible and these two books and you'll be good to go until Christ returns! I don't read it as a devotional one day at a time. I can't stop. I read several days at a time! For hours! I just love them! There is so much packed into these books.....they are well worth every penny spent!!! PLEASE, if you can, get these books! I purchased three of the "Sparkling Gems Vol 11" and I have to say --- I was amazed! This is not only Scriptual, but it gives an in-depth teaching of Biblical history and how it pertains to everyday living. He breaks down the emphasized words in the daily reading guide and how to apply it to the "here and now." I was so impressed that I purchased one for our beloved Pastor, and he, in turn, purchased five more for the ministers in our church! WOW! I can't put this book down! It only takes a few minutes each day to read. I like to begin by reading my Bible then going over to the Sparking Gems Vol. 11 for a follow up. The words from both sources connect! I would highly recommend purchasing this book! You will be so glad you did! I am planning on buying more for gifts of various occasions!

Rick Renner is in my opinion the most anointed Bible teacher I have ever known. This book is so much more than a devotional. Most devotionals are out of your mind by mid day. But these daily studies in the Word are life transforming. Both Sparkling Gem 1 and 2 are how I start my day each morning.

WOW, WOW, WOW.........This devotion book is more than just a devo! It is chuck full of so much knowledge too! I am blown away by Rick Renners gift of bringing the truth and understanding of certain words and verses to life through the Greek text! Understanding the Greek words is soooo important and they bring better understanding to the verses that I’m reading! I love to take notes and now I’m also looking up the pronunciation of as many Greek words as I can! I have Rick’s SG #1 and it was awesome, but let me tell you.......His SG #2 is even BETTER!!! I could read both of his devotions over and over and over and STILL learn more and more each day!!! I can only hope and pray that he comes out with a 3rd SG!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Rick Renner is an amazing bible teacher this book reveals great study information as you read your Bible.

Rick makes it easier to understand the word of God. One could easily relate to his examples..
