Absolute life changer for me, sounds a bit overkill i know but seriously, not saying these are the best things ever as in how long are they gonna wear and last but it's a very cheap way of finding out that I most definitely need arch support insoles for ever now, it has straightened me up as in shoulders and posture, the balls of my feet no more agonising pain along with my knees, very highly recommended then you can work out if you wanna spend more on a long lasting custom pair, hopefully these will last then I will just keep replacing them as and when needed for this great price.

Had sore heels as I do a lot of walking. I looked online re causes and found that it is most like Plantar Fasciitis. Read that arch supports would help relieve the pain so I bought these. They really do work instantly. They took all the pressure of my heels giving me instant comfort. They fit my boots and trainers. I bought two more so I didn’t have to keep swapping between footwear.

Suffering from planter fasciitis which has recently appeared. I do approx 14000 steps while at work during the week and always plan an approx 6+ mile walk each weekend. Went for these as I would struggle with a full inset due to my foot being slightly mis-shaped( injuries while growing up ). After 1 week of wearing I have noticed a considerable reduction in pain. Am in the process of ordering some more sets for other shoes along with some compression socks ( for wearing when not in walking shoes / boots ) and also in bed as this has been recommended to me to also aid my recovery. La voûte plantaire s'affaisse après quelques utilisations, et il faut jeter les semelles. Pas de grande qualité.

Se riuscissi a trovarle con maggiore frequenza ed al prezzo giusto sarei ancora piu' contenta. Non ne faccio piu' a meno, ogni paio di scarpe ne ha un paio e trovo molto giovamento nella postura, sulle ginocchia e la vita , anche perche' tendo al piede piatto.
