When I purchased this product, I didn’t read the reviews as I was so excited to get it home and working. Many complain that it’s difficult to hoop. I didn’t find that at all. Yes, the long sides are not the same and it takes some getting used to remembering to line up the rounded side the correct way. I have way more trouble with hooping with the one that came with my machine. The plastic is a little less rigid on this hoop which gives more flexibility for harder to hoop materials. With software, this hoop allows way more stitch space without having to unhoop and move your design.

I received this product and the grid sheet was printed crooked. I contacted the seller and he was super accommodating. He sent a new one out at no charge to me. Highly recommend. Second product was better and works as expected.

Love how easy it was to use. I did have to download a free trial for an embroidery software to make it easier to configure, otherwise, it was great!

You get what you pay for. It is so cheaply made that the top portion flexes up when you try to put the stabilizer and material in the bottom part. I tried just stabilizer, I tried just fabric (4 different types), I tried adding shelf liner - nothing will make this work other than using the mount system to make my own magnetic hoop. Also, 2 of the three positions would not lock in to my machine without having to file down the lugs on the hoop.

The width does not seem to hold for 6 inches.. I like the 10 in length. The width seems to be the same as 4x4 that comes with the Brother SE600 machine. I would prefer a little wider hoop for my SE600 machine. Great product!

I like the fact that it is so easy to use. It fit my brother se400 machine nicely. The fact that you do not have to keep moving the fabric is a plus.Highly recommend purchasing this item.

The hoop is either a little lightweight or warped, because it doesn't hold the fabric securely on one side. I haven't been able to find another maker for this size hoop, so I played with heating it slightly and clamping, then bending the loose side slightly to get it to hold better. That has helped enough to make it usable, but that shouldn't be necessary. If I had found an alternative, I would have returned it.

We haven’t fully used it yet, only made sure it fit on the machine. It’s very good quality from what I can tell

The material is very bad :(

This thing doesn't hold the fabric in place as the two pieces often slip out of each other. Cheaply made, flimsy quality. Wasted my money it and amazon won't pay for return shipping. So in the garbage it goes.

Does good work on the machine used to have one

Don’t buy this if you actually plan to use it. So cheaply made it won’t even hoop fabric without popping apart or bending.
