Hikari Tropical Vibra Bites Dry Baby Fish Feed 35g

Purchased second time, I seen improvements in my fishes

I enjoy feeding my fish with quality food, watching it eat is always a satisfying feel, so I spare time to research different fish foods. This hikari vibra bites is one such try. I bought this for my swordtails which are with me for many years and all the present pets are born in my tank.Now about the fish food, I served it very little for the first time to see how they accept, they immediately found out it's not blood worms and slowed down, though only some bigger fish ate it, no wastages, I repeated the process by serving very little of this food first and continued with the other regular food. After a week's time I found all my fishes got used to this and started finishing it quickly. This food is slow sinking type, which means it starts sinking within 2 mins or less, but sinks in a slow pace. my fish loves to catch it before it reaches the bottom, by the time it's completely soaked and soft. This food gets soft within 30 seconds, after that all the fish consumes it easily. My beta too loves it. As of now I will say all my fish eats it, but still HIKARI MICRO PELLETS are their favourite as I have seen them rushing to the surface and finish it too quickly. Finally i am not disappointed with this purchase and happy that this is a protein rich food with 46% protein. It's too early to say about the colour enhancing properties and growth rate. I believe the strong fish smell of this fish food is a good sign for most tropical fish to accept it. The only thing I am not happy is the pricing. It's too expensive for 35g. One can get a decent quality fish food at the pet store for below 100 for 100g.I usually switch off the air pump while feeding to avoid fast sinking. I serve this food at least two times the same quantity you see in the uploaded video along with other fish foods one after another for a single meal, but beginners please be cautious about overfeeding, serve very little initially to know your pets appetite.Hope it helps.

I was sceptical to buy this but after reading many good reviews I gave it a try. I have malwai cichlids and the moment I put in the aquarium they pounced on them and went crazy. The cichlids were fighting for these never seen with other hikari products. So definitely recommend these.

The food is great for picky eaters like channa but for the price the quantity is a bit on the lesser side but the quality and benifits balance it outOVERALL ITS A GREAT FOOD

Great food. Unique worm like appearance makes fish attach the food.I have seen fish colours increase and pop from day 2 itself.I had good success with neon, Cardin, rummy nose, electric blue rams.World class product from Hikari.

Angel fish and corydoras ate it from start without any problems. Fish looks healthy and no bad odour and all in the aquarium.

I ordered on July 2023, the product I got has an expiry date of 11 / 2023. It was imported in 2021. I feel like I got cheated.

I can see the difference after I feed my fish with this fish food. I was pretty impressed how my fish looked more vibrant. I like the food doesn’t sink fast. The price and amount of feed are reasonable.

My fish love these bites. I have Endlers, Cory’s, loaches, tetras, snails and shrimp and they all have a go. The sticks are a little big for them so I grind them with my fingers to a bite size. They take a while to sink but reach the bottom eventually. Great alternative to flakes or granules.
