Yes. I've used both the Aleve and Witouch brands of gel pad refills, and application and quality are essentially the same.

I use my witouch tens unit constantly and i'm having a lot of trouble with the pad wanting to stay on my skin rather than the device. any suggestions?

Put a little bit of water on the pads before applying to skin and before putting the plastic back on. That is what my chiropractor told me to do and it works.
