My husband has flat feet and these help his feet so much from not hurting wearing his work shoes all day.

IMO, there are none better than these. I have a medical condition that started a year and a half ago where the bones in the back of my feet are growing outward (very quickly too). It's called Haglund's Deformity. It causes severe pain in the backs of my feet, especially when doing anything physical, to the the point where just taking my dog for a short walk can do me in for a while. The only thing that enables me to make it is to have my feet at an angle where the backs are higher than the fronts. I have tried, and own, many pairs of shoes with wedge heels, as well as tons of different lifts and special insoles. These are the ones I wear 99% of the time. They are the only thing that I wear that I don't even notice that I have anything in there. I forget I'm even walking on an incline. None of the others do that AT ALL. When I first got them I was taken aback at how hard they are, and I almost immediately returned them without even trying them for that reason. Boy am I glad that I did not! I would be in a major depression if it weren't for these lifts, because they allow me to at least do SOME things without pain that literally stops me in my tracks. When I walk my dog with these in, sometimes I can even forget that I have this crazy condition. The downside is that they don't have them in stock a lot of the time, or I just have bad timing. I was going to buy another pair not too long ago, but they were out. I went into panic mode thinking they they had stopped making them or something. Next time I checked, to my great relief, they had them, but for whatever (stupid) reason, I decided to wait, figuring that it was just a fluke that last time they were out of stock. Well today, I just went to buy them again, and again they're out of stock. The worry is setting in. I will keep checking back. The only other thing I don't like is that although they are well made and holding up beautifully, they're expensive for what they are, however, to me they are obviously worth it. I wish they would offer them without that additional height increase at a lower price, because I have never and will never use those.

It’s a 3/4 (or 1/2?) size insole which made me think it could slide off position when wearing, turns out they don’t. The only downside is this is a bit too high for me, but still good.

I really like the quality of this product. The presentation looks good and it was shipped in great condition. I’ve been testing the insole which fit fine with my shoes. I wore them to work and walked around with them, they don’t bother me. However I will mention that it is required to wear high top shoes. With the shoes that I wear, I may have to remove the actual show sole to be more comfortable. It’s not tight, but I feel that it may be a bit much to wear double soles (shoe sole and the insole). It does give me a good height difference, and it doesn’t put strain on anything for me which is a plus because other products I’ve tried haven’t worked out and I’ve always had some type of back pain or foot pain from discomfort of the product. I hope that there will be a sample of an insole I can use with my low tops. I appreciate this ! Thumbs up!

Okay here's the thing....I bought these as a joke for my sweet sister-in-law who is always going on and on about how short she is and feel sorry for her blah blah... So I got her some inserts. When they arrived I excitedly got them out and showed them to my sweetie and threw them in my slippers and pranced around with the intention of teasing my sister in law....but something magical and completely unexpected happened. See I like to lift weights....but I have a mobility problem in my ankles and calves and can't squat as deep as I would like to really grow my cakes....ya feel? So imagine me jokingly stomping about then I dropped it like it was hot and boom! With the slight heel elevation I was about to squat to full depth.....ATG! I've never easily been able to do that without an hour's warm up (being in your thirties is lame....can't wait for the big 40) so I decided to test them out before this review and for real.... I'M IN LOVE! I've been using them at the gym for about a month throwing them in my shoes really quick for any workout involving squats, I tend to leave them in for the entire workout and have comfortably ran, box jumped, done double unders and beyond. They have put up with my abuse in the gym flawlessly and they are for sure my secret weapon. These bad boys are beautifully designed and packaged and they are tough while being comfortable. I've officially told everyone of my gym homies about them, I'm buying another pair for my sweetie, who also struggles to hit depth, and of course my sister in law since I comondeared her pair. I wish I could give them ten stars....these inserts are my accidental favorite thing in the world! I also should add I'm a 5'10" 200lb lady without inserts, with I'm 6'1" and a 525lb monster (my weight plus sqaut weight lol) these inserts are helping me kill it!

The media could not be loaded. Looked very put together when unboxing, wore them once with a pair of loafers and by the end of the night some of the Mendez logo had wiped off. My first purchase was a pair of squishy lifts (forgot the brand name) they were very inexpensive but they were great and I should have repurchased them I figured if they cost more they have to be better but.... Learned otherwise..These are a hard type of plastic no cushion or squishy comfortable feeling at all. Plus the extra height snap in thing doesn't snap in it at all just falls out. If it works for you, great 👍🏻 for me I cannot say the same.

I purchased these becasue my friend told me she swears by these. i decided to give them a try. Ive only used them once. They are comfortable so far.

using the 1.5 inches (the 2 pieces) is IMPOSSIBLE. you can live with the 1 inch insole but your leg might just pop up if you walk fast. it doesn't really work on low sneakers, chelsea boots etc.. you just need a hight top with laces.got mine today and thinking about returning it.
