VGA Cable

Great Item. Does exactly as it should.

Standard VGA cable 0.9 in length. Plugs are well moulded and a bit too big as they don’t allow you to get good purchase on the screws when hand turning. My fingers are too thick to allow this. Good news is there are slots for a screwdriver to be used. The cable is thick (about ten millimetres) and as a result won’t bend as much. Not a bad thing but if your installation requires the cable to run in tight bends then it’s good to know. I can’t comment on the durability as I have only had it for a few days. Once installed the picture is as good as you can expect. I have it attached to a HDMI/VGA adapter. I award four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Happy shopping.

Old school but it was needed for an old monitor

I needed a VGA cable to connect my laptop to a projector and selected this Benfei product based on cost and the previous reviews, which were generally very positive. For my purposes I just needed a cable that would enable me to do Powerpoint presentations using a projector via my laptop. It worked, perfectly! Just to test the projector and cable, i also watched a couple of video samples and the picture was very clear. So I have no hesitation in recommending this VGA cable for normal use.

I connected this cable to an old VGA monitor with my existing Commodore 64 and with my ATARI ST. VGA alone will not work; the commodore 64 needs an extra adapter and the ATARI ST as well. For the ATARI ST with EMUTOS on a Rasberry PI (even an old version) plus mini HDMI to VGA the system works very well.
