Silly question, Would these be good for adults?

Technically these could fit an adult, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'm a petite female who couldn't find any noise-cancelling headphones small enough for me, so I gave these a go. They fit on-ear, and they did "fit" but after about 30 minutes my ears were super sore. I would recommend for kids/smaller heads.

Is it possible to bypass the Bluetooth option and use it with a wire?

Yes. It also comes with the cord so you’re not stuck with Bluetooth...

Does the mic on these work while connected to Nintendo Switch?

I dont know if it works on the nintendo switch, but when my son connects to his computer the mic works
