I bought a seat with wheels from Harbor Freight. The 2" wheels on it lasted me about 3 weeks. I bought the 3" wheels that HF had and modified the seat to accept them. These lasted 4 weeks until one of them failed. The other 3 were close to failing so I looked for something to replace them. These are Not as shown in the picture. They actually have a square base and it is an exact match to the base on the HF wheels. I put replaced the HF wheels in about 5 min and could not be happier. Not only are these much better made (and I don't have ball bearings falling out of them) but they roll much easier with my fat butt on them. My biggest regret is that I didn't get them sooner.

Love the wheels - they do exactly what we expected. They are smooth and quiet in use, turn easily and take a good load.

Good casters, work well, good quality. I used these in my wood shop. They are working well. Not as good as the poly wheels but for light duty these work well. Recommend

Purchased this as well as the matching pair with a locking brake for a table saw stand. The top plate is not as described or shown. Actually the mounting plate is about 2 1/2 Inches square. Knowing that, I'd buy these again for the next project and adjust for the difference.

I used these for replacement wheels on a plant stand, they work great and are better than the plastic casters that it came with.
