I saw these and realized that they would be very handy to have on my stroller. My son loves to throw everything I hand him, so keeping things off the ground is difficult. We purchased an umbrella stroller instead of a big travel system, but not having the child’s tray is a huge sacrifice. I’m constantly looking for new ways to keep snacks and toys within his reach when we’re out and about for shopping trips and while watching our older daughter play sports. Even though the jogging stroller I run with and take to the park has a tray, I still use these to make sure things don’t end up on the ground. Here’s what I like and don’t like about this product.Positives:-inexpensive: I paid $4 for these, which seems to be a great price. I did think to myself that I could make them for slightly cheaper and get the exact button position and length I want, but honestly I’m not crafty enough for that. So this was a bargain.-Keeps items close: I use this for my “Munchkin Snack Catcher”. It loops easily around the handle and keeps the cup from falling/being thrown on the ground. I can also use it for any toy with a loop and some toys that are shaped right. I use one for the snack cup and one for a toy, then they secure around the side post of my umbrella stroller or jogging stroller (I’m posting a picture). This is a very easy, portable, inexpensive solution.-Variety of uses: I found a few uses for them other than my stroller, I use them at restaurants to hang a toy on to help keep him busy and shopping carts to hold his snack cup while we’re shopping. They could be hung on his car seat to hold toys within his reach. I’m sure with some creativity there are a variety of other uses for these straps.Negatives:-Limitations: It holds some things great, but the items either have to be pretty much the right length or have a loop. So, while it holds my sons snack cup well, it won’t hold any of our sippy cups. They either have handles that have an opening where the strap can slip off (Tommee tippee, Nuk, Playtex) or there are no handles and the strap doesn't hold it. I’m going to be looking for a sippy cup that works.-Button placement: There are 3 female end buttons on the inside that the male ends can be placed in to make it adjustable. I wish there were more female ends so the loop could have a wider variety of adjustments. It’s just a half a centimeter off from being able to snap around the thin waist section of my hourglass shaped Nubby sippy cups. It wouldn't add much more cost to throw a few extra buttons on there.For the price I think they are very handy and plan to order an extra set with my next Amazon purchase. I love that they come in a wide variety of colors, but I will just stick to black and white, which helps them blend in. This would be a great little “extra” to give as a baby shower gift. I don’t hesitate to give it 5 stars, despite the few issues I have. For how inexpensive the price, they are very handy and I do “love it”.

Works as described

These are great...I don't know how I got along without these until now. These straps are great for securing toys, pacifiers, snack cups, etc. to car seats and strollers. Since my son is in a throwing phase, these have recently come in very handy. We clip one to his snack trap when he is in the stroller or the carseat. (We've also used the Booginhead SippiGrip to attach his sippy cup Booginhead SippiGrip, Black). They've both come in handy, so we don't lose the snacks when we don't see if he throws them out of the stroller. They're also great in the car, so if he drops something, he can recover it without me having to fumble around and try to pick it up off the floor at a red light. I've also found this comes in really handy at the grocery store, as I can give him a snack trap with goldfish to keep him entertained (vs. having to find a snack mid-trip).They are not very long, so I have less concerns about a potential choking hazard, but I always make sure to keep an eye on him when he uses these. The snaps are basic snaps, which are easy to open and close. The material is very sturdy and durable and cleans easily in the washer.

These are handy to attach toys or a snack cup (anything with a closed ring you can snap through) to a stroller or shopping cart, but they don't work on any of my sippy cups. I've tried several different styles of cup and it's too loose and falls off the cup. There are only a couple places where you can adjust the snaps and none of them work for my cups. I use these with toys, but I use the Boogin Head SippiGrip for our cups because you can adjust that to any size to fit around any cup.Colors are nice and quality seems good, there's just not enough options to adjust sizing to what you need. Since their purpose is really just for toys, I still give them 4 stars because they do that. But they could really be improved with more snap locations. Depending on where you're using it and how big the toy is, sometimes the strap is too long (in my Maclaren stroller where the toys drag on the ground when they're dropped) or they don't seem long enough (in the car seat where you have to attach it far from their body).

I stumbled across these little straps by accident, and I'm so glad that I did. Before I bought them, I comparison shopped the other popular kinds (Velcro, etc.), but here's why we love these particular straps:1) They clip together with snaps, instead of Velcro, which means that our determined one-year-old has not been able to take off the snaps. SCORE: Parents: 1. Young'un: 0.2) Now that we've attached our son's munchkin snack cup to his highchair and stroller several times, and now that he has thrown the snack cup down only to find that it doesn't crash to the floor anymore, his interest in playing the "let's have Daddy pick up my stuff off the floor over and over until one of us goes insane" game has markedly subsided. We couldn't be happier about this. Parents: 2. Young'un: 0.3) They have snaps at various places along the strap so that you can place the strap around various-sized objects (such as strollers or high chairs). But do note that because this product has predetermined snaps, instead of Velcro, it's not adjustable. This means that you can't place it around a sippy cup or any other object UNLESS that object has a hole to loop it through. We are okay with this trade-off because our son happens to be obsessed with un-doing Velcro (as we found out recently when trying to find shoes that would stay on his feet), so you win some, you lose some. In other words, our son gets to continue slamming his straw sippy cup to the ground until the manufacturer makes a model with snap options all across the strap. We're going to call this one in his favor. Parents: 2. Young'un: 1.4) The cord is purposefully short (like, really pretty short) to prevent choking hazards. A win for parents and children alike. Parents: 3. Young'un: 2.5) Penny for penny, this item has to be the most practical baby item I've purchased. You get two straps for under $4.00, which makes us parents happier and makes more money available for young'un's college fund: another win-win. Parents: 4. Young'un: 3.The benefits to us as parents and to our young'un are too close to call with this product--all of us have benefitted. There's not much more to say about this product, other than that I wish we had purchased it sooner. In a nutshell, it's an affordable item that keeps us from losing our baby items while we're out and about and helps curb our son's latest habit of playing "let's have Daddy pick up my stuff."

These have been a good purchase, we have attached them many high chairs in restaurants to keep from picking up toys from dirty floors. And even attached one to his arm while he played, he loved being able to move his arm and cause it to rattle. I would have like a slightly wider strap, but these work great as promised. They do need more snaps to help the getting it to the correct size for some things.

Thin straps, do not feel like they will hold long. Wish they were velcroe instead of snaps. Kids are rough on items.

We bought 2 packs of these - a set for the car seat and for the stroller. I think they are a good length and fit on a variety of toys. You can even snap them around the necks or arms of some stuffed animals.Another reviewed said their child almost chewed off the snap. As with any baby toy or item, I recommend checking them when you put your child in the car seat, stroller, etc to make sure they are not damaged in a way that could be hazardous.We have been using them for about a month already and they show no signs of wear.UPDATE:- It is now several weeks later and I have purchased 3 more sets (bringing my total to 5). We are moving from the baby carrier to new car seats so I got a set for each car seat (mom, dad, and 2 grandmas) and the stroller.- We have had one start to fray very slightly on the end but just melted it back with a match and it is good as new.- We have also realized that these fit perfectly around Baby Girl's wrist so she can sit in our lap and play during church without throwing everything in the floor! (Please do not put this on a baby's wrist and leave them unattended for ANY amount of time - I can see that that would be easy for them to get around their neck!)

Don't know what we'd do without these! Manages to keep our daughters favourite toys from disappearing from the buggy during walks but also great for threading through her cup handle and highchair to stop her cup falling on the floor. Same for other toys at the highchair, especially when out and about where floors aren't clean. Saves a million baby wipes in that sense! Also handy for clipping car keys to inside of handbag/change bag for easy access. Infinitely handy! Highly recommend.

This simple invention keeps toys, food containers, and bottles from falling. I attach it to the stroller, high chair, etc and my baby isn't able to drop her stuff. Saves me from having to pick things off the floor and we don't loose thing while on a walk (if I happen to miss that she dropped an item). LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
