I got the “5 STARS UNITED Half Moon Bolster Semi-Roll Pillow - Ankle and Knee Support - Leg Elevation - Back, Lumbar, Neck Pain Relief - Pad for Side and Stomach Sleepers - Premium Quality Memory Foam - Breathable Cover”. I received it about 3 days ago. When I first opened it, it looked just like all those pictures you see others had posted where it’s completely flat and misshapen. I left it alone and even 7 hours later, it was still grossly lopsided and flat. I took the cover off and pretty much twisted the whole pillow around, punching and stretching it and then left it alone for 48 hours. This pillow is actually 2 pillows in one. I am so glad I did that. There is a firm foam layer on the bottom and a soft memory foam pad that rests on top of that. It is not glued together and at first I was worried it would slip around inside the pillow case but after I finally used it last night (and it was perfect!) I can say that the two pillows compliment each other in just the right way and they stay in place. I used the pillow under my knees, on my back and between my thighs, while sleeping on my side. This one pillow is able to take the place of the two pillows I had been using before. (One of the ergonomically designed knee pillows for side sleepers and a leg elevating pillow for back sleepers) I do have to say...I bought this item because my sister got the same one, same seller and I loved it. Mine is different than hers, though. Hers is much more firm. The one I have has a very thick memory foam layer that totally confirms to my body. I prefer my sisters harder pillow because it gives more support. I see that the item description says it’s been redesigned so I can’t complain about that, I suppose. this pillow is slightly smaller and lower than I anticipated but I kind of like it because it doesn’t take up a lot of space while doing it’s job. I say if you’re on the fence, get it. But if you feel like you got a dud...give it two days to fully expand before freaking out. And definitely twist and punch it a bunch, too...to get some air flow into it. :)

Tried myriad of other pillows, i needed for sciatica and I have bone spurs around both knees, making pillows too hard or big, too small.... after not sleeping for weeks, This one i put under my knees in a recliner, on my back and promptly fell solid asleep. Love, love this product. Can't wait to try in bed and on my side.

The pillow was comfortable for under my knees, but it’s a little too low, I needed it a little higher, but I also use it between my legs to help align my hips while I sleep on my side, and it works great.

This has helped a lot with keeping my knees upright when sleeping after having a car accident and needing to sleep on my back

Love this thing! I use it to prop my knees on the couch, or while I’m reading in bed. I can feel the difference in the arch of my spine. Don’t know what I did before I had this! Good quality; the foam is solid and memory, so it doesn’t collapse.
