Its come with mattress???

No it does not come with the mattress. Never heard of a crib that would come with a mattress.

What does it means when it says bed frame not included?

It's probably talking about the bed frame for a full sized mattress. It includes everything you need to set it up as a crib, other than a mattress of course!

Where can I buy extension rails? You market as a convertible bed but no products for extension are offered.

When you click on the store hyperlink above the item name, go to menu, select Accessories, then universal toddler rails you can find the color that matches your crib hopefully. Hope that helps
