My nephew loves Barbies and Mermaids and there isn't anything out there for little boys like that, so glad I found this, he's going to be a very happy little boy on his birthday! Thank you!

This is a beautiful doll which compliments all the other dreamtopia dolls beautiful attention to detail and very good quality and value for money will last a lifetime my daughter loves playing with her mermaids at bath time

My daughter was very excited to get a merman to go with her Barbie mermaid! He is good quality and reasonable value for money, but I took off one star because his necklace and wrist cuffs are easily lost and a bit pointless.

To me, it's quite an expensive item. To my granddaughter, it's a toy she's been waiting for & is dying to play with. A toy she'll have hours of fun with. It's sturdy, brightly coloured & it's going to be loved - what more could I ask for?

It's funny reading these comments from extremely sensitive men concerning this Merman. As if a fish tailed man acts as an affront to their extremely fragile sense of masculinity. Never did I think Ken in Merman form could have such a profoundly devastating and emasculating effect on these modern, reactionary weaklings. Besides, according to antiquity Mermen have existed in folklore since time immemorial. Perhaps the best known being the Babylonian sea god 'Ea', also known as Enki, who had a fish head and man's head beneath, and both a fish tail and human legs. And how could we forget the fish stud himself, 'King Triton'....aka....Ariel's Dad! Anyway, my Niece will love him and that's all that matters.

My wee girl loves this, she loves mermaids and barbie and ken so to get this was a no brainer, hrs off fun in and out off water worth every penny highly recommended by myself and my now 4yr old

Me llegaron los dos Mermen que pedí el sábado hoy martes. Venían solamente en dos sobres de plástico ligero ya que eran dos pedidos individuales. No había protección ninguno y se aplasto una esquina del plástcio de la caja que le afecta un poco pero no merece devolverlo. La falta de embalaje y caja de Amazon de enviar como siempre me deja sorprendido. Es un milagro que han llegado sin más daños. Lo menciono porque otros muñecos han recibido mucha más atención al enviarlos muy protegidos hasta punto de exageración con papel de burbuja. Se ve que a estos dos Kens Mermen pasaron de ellos. Los muñecos en si mismos son super-guapos y se le da a Mattel la enhorabuena por diseñar tal figuras innovadoras. Me encantan y estoy muy contento que compré dos. ¡Se quedan en las cajas sin abrir para coleccionistas! Hoy, 7 de mayo me llegaron los últimos dos Mermern Kens asi que tengo cuatro en la colección ahora! !Super encantado y llegaron perfectos en sus cajas. Super cool!

This cute mermaid Ken comes exactly as pictured! A bit pricey at $25 compared to the Mermaid Barbies which are half the price. However, this was bought as a birthday gift and has been lots of fun since. The tail fin comes detached and takes a quick snap in, but once in it does not come out! Ken’s head is soft while his body is hard plastic. The hair is also plastic so no combing or fancy hairstyles to do. Overall it feels like a great quality toy that should last a long time.

This is one of the few male mermaids. We already have it for a year (or so). It has lived quite some time in both the bath room and outside by the pool. The toy is quite strong and the colours stay bright. Quite a musthave for the mermaid family :)
