Too small
These are too small for an adult face. Maybe for a teenager. I ordered a cheap pair of glasses for comparison and they were great, so kept those.

Very Relaxing
My nuntritionist recommended these glasses. I love them. I wear them about 2 hours before I am ready for bed. I watch TV and my phone with them on, they do change the color of what you watch but boy they are so relaxing! Well worth it to wind down in a life full of screens.

Going to reorder a second pair cross my fingers rhey are not blurry
First pair seemed a tad blurry so I'm giving them another chance and reordering for my spouseFeb 24th 2025The glasses are blurry due to the coating I spent my money for blurred vision.I gave these glasses a chance and asked friends to wear them and they noticed a slight blur due to coating.I would not recommend wasting your money as I did unfortunately the return window is closed.
