Of all the games in the casino, only one allows the player to engage the house in a fair fight. Craps, when played intelligently and prudently, reduces the house advantage to a miniscule .6 percent, a margin that can be overcome with smart betting and simple money management. How could casinos afford to offer such a winnable game? Whatโs the catch? For players willing to devote a little time and patience learning the ins and outs, there is no catch! Here is the most comprehensive, expert, and reader-friendly guide to casino craps ever written. Robert R. Roto, a documented lifetime winner, has dissected the odds like a surgeon and formulated several systems of variable risk and aggressivenessยall guaranteed to maximize the playerโs chances of winning. Whether you are betting with $5 or $1,000 chips, whether you play ยrightโ or ยwrong,โ whether your strategy is to come in on the Pass line and then switch to Donโt Pass, or you employ the ยjust didยdo thatโ session rule, Roto will teach you how to milk the casino odds for every percentage point possible. Too many players refuse to learn the nuances of the game, insisting instead on fattening the casinoโs bankroll. Wouldnโt you rather join the author in the winnersโ club? Review: Great Beginner's Guide! - I really enjoyed this book. I have always wanted to learn to play craps but was too intimidated by it. This explains it in such a logical and down to earth way. I came away with an understanding that it will take a few days to read the book, a few months to learn the basics and feel comfortable at the table, and perhaps a few years to actually be a competent and strategic winner. I think this book will remain a constant reference. Review: Very well written! - This book is exactly what I was looking for. It was well written and easy to understand, delivering logical, professional advice. This book will take anyone's game to the next level. I highly recommend it!

Great intro for beginners
I sort of knew about craps before I got the book, but now I feel like I have a solid playing foundation. I now understand more fully what the bets are, and this book teaches about strategy, how to recognize and profit from streaks, money management, casino etiquette and more. Although one never knows what the dice are going to do, armed with the information in this book I'm having way more fun playing the game now...

Book is a winer.
Went to Vegas to attend my daughters wedding and it gave me the refresher information I needed to play a great game with a better knowledge of the game. information is key to success and while I did not loose any money, I had a refreshed understanding of the do's and don'ts to guide me along. jack

Good read so far
I have just started this book and so far it has been a good book by explaining the basics however I know the basics of craps so its always good to review from the beginning. Hoping when I get further into the book it will explain the payouts of the bets better for me. That's what I really need to know. ๐

Not for anyone who knows how to play craps
This book would be ok for a pure beginner. If you have played any craps at all, this is not the book for you.

Essential reading before playing craps
I read this book before my second trip to Vegas. I will describe how useful this book is with one single sentence: I spent 240 dollars and won 1400. Thanks Robert R. Roto!
