Brad Nailer!
Fantastic brad nailer! This thing is a consistent work horse so long that it has its few drops of oil and the correct air pressure. I would prefer it to be a little bit smaller to accommodate tighter spaces but I am very pleased with its quality and reliability. I've used a variety of brands and sizes of nails. This nailer is compatible and eats through them all without issue. It takes some time and tuning, but you can adjust the distance the nails are driven.

Very good!
Brad nailer is every bit as good as my Porter Cable unit. Really canโt beat the quality for this price point!

OIL IT BEFORE USE!
Works better than I expected. Remember to oil it before use! I use 'sewing machine oil', as it is inexpensive, very clean, has great oiling properties for tool steel, and it won't stain your clothes. Just hold the gun upside down and put a few drops into the air nozzle port. You dont need much at all. If your gun continues to jam, you likely are operating at too low air pressure. Turn it up just a little bit. If the pressure is too low, the gun may fire, but won't properly cycle to seat the piston behind the next nail. Then if you try to fire it again, it will jam. So dont do that! I've used this nailer several times and have shot about 400 nails so far, and haven't experienced a single jam. I am just familiar with how brad nailers work. I get the impression that the reviews that claim this gun jams too much are authored by people unfamiliar with how to care for a tool like this. I highly recomend this tool. Follow these tips, and you won't have any issues.

decent gun
i am a trim carpenter and love the old professional A2 and a3 series nailers that they discontinued 15 years ago. this is not the pro series but it was on sale for 50 bucks and Hitachi/metabo htp is a good brand I've used them and dads shot millions of nails through the old 16 ga guns. The a series ,roofing guns, and staplers are like industry standard along with paslode framing gun(paslodes new pneumatic 16ga guns are garbage I've seen 5 break in the first month).I normally shoot porter cable 18 ga(their 18 ga and framing guns are good the rest are crap)and have repetitively gotten somewhere around 500,000 nails or more out of them, they are fairly cheap, and you can usually find them at any pawn shop cheap.I use 2 porter cable daily and needed a spare incase one breaks on site so I tried this. The gun shoots good and sinks nails fine. however Hitachi(metabo htp)have changed their triggers from the old ones and now they all have a long pull of the trigger then a hard shot which is good for the average user. I like how the old 90s and early 2000s models have a short pull of the trigger that you can pretty much just wiggle your finger and shoot multiple nails in a second or less which is great for installing door jambs or building window jambs where you are shooting 4 or more nails in a row very quickly. This gun doesn't do this as fast or smooth and the porter cable. porter cable is the next fastest smoothest gun I've found for an 18 ga, therefore I will just buy me another porter cable gun when i need another. these guns are NOT bad and are a good brand but for my professional hard fast use it is not my favorite gun but it is still getting used daily and has had thousands of nails ran through it with no issues other than the cosmetic plastic piece came off

Great Brad Nailer
Iโve only had this Metabo Brad Nailgun for one large project, but it has performed flawlessly out of the box. Itโs light weight, and drives nails very consistently never leaving a single one protruding. The case is a nice extra also. I got this one during a promotion where a second tool was just $25. Great deal! I canโt speak to how long it will last but Iโm very pleased so far. Buy it with confidence.

IF YOU NEED THIS, BUY THIS, GREAT DEAL
What a great deal. I wore my other brad nailer out and needed another pronto to start a new garage product. I was skeptical because of the great price but went ahead and ordered. It arrived the next day (packaged in original Metabo box) and I put it to immediate use. Works great. Time will tell if it holds up but it appears to be well built.

Great nail gun for the price.
Bought this do do a big base board and window/door trim job in my house. Great product, love that it can do a variety of size nails as you may need to switch it up from time to time. See some ppl complained that the plastic housing where the nails go breaks. Honestly treat your tools properly and it wont break. If you are using if for construction I'd say this is more of DIY Nail Gun for homeowners or small projects. If you're in construction spend the extra for construction grade nail gun. Otherwise this is amazing and works great with my air compressor of the same make.

Early arrival but missing item
The arrival of the item was too early, but air fitting and hex wrench shown in the photos were not included.
