I've tried a few different Vitamin D3 supplements over the years, and this is one of the few that doesn't upset my stomach. Softgels and gel capsules have bothered me in the past, but these small solid yellow tablets are easy to swallow and have never caused me any issues. The price is comparable to other brand name supplements, and they have zero after taste. I take one every day with a meal that contains some healthy fats and carbs, and it's become an easy part of my daily routine. If you've had trouble with other Vitamin D supplements causing stomach discomfort, this one is definitely worth trying. It's been reliable, gentle on my stomach, and exactly what I was looking for.

I appreciate Solgar selling vitamin D3 separately from K2. The reason being my blood work showed my doctor that when I buy things over-the-counter it'll have too much of one or not enough of the other and I can't ever get the one that's combined correct. So she suggested me buying vitamin D3 from Solgar separately from K2. So I bought both of them separately and both from Solgar. Now I'm getting the exact amount I need. I've been a user of Solgar products for a long time and I've always been pleased with the quality. Plus I have a hard time with digestion so these really work well because they digest easy. And I don't think the price is terribly bad. No side effects or anything. Win-win!

Wow, this stuff is amazing! I've taken Vitamin D in the past and it always gave me terrible insomnia. TBH, so did this brand, but after three days, not only didn't I have insomnia, but I slept like I was dead! Every night it feels like I got hit with a tranquilizer dart. My doctors have been telling me for years that I've been vitamin D deficient, now I can actually take something for it!!!

Excellent product. Seniors naturally run low in D3. I am not “tired” as I was before. Experiment to find your own dosage. I only needed 15 mcg. I have used Solar brand for years. They are a very good product.

Solgar is a reputable brand that I trust and use daily. These are small and easy to swallow, however, I would get a bad headache every time I took it so I had to stop.

Vitamin D deficiency is the HUGE factor for being tired. this is not the best if you have deficiencies, you need to use 50,000iu once a week pill. talk to your doc.

Solgar was a trusted name in my youth so I still use them. I haven't noticed a decline in health so much as to contribute to formula vs age. I will continue to use till I see they use inferior items than other brads.
