Anyone knows how I can get the instructions for this!

I would text or email Lego and ask if they have instructions you can download. They may want proof that you purchased it, though. You could ask your friends if they have them, or get on a Lego Ninjago fan site and check there. I'm sure the instructions came with the set you have, but if they got lost or you got it second hand without them, i'm not sure what else you can try. Good Luck!
