I received the trees only to discover the 6ft had no bottom plate to attach over metal support knob and it wouldn't light. I called their customer service number and received a prompt call back from Frank. After explaining the problem, he said he would fedex new one. I received the new set and all is great. Lighted palm trees are a delight and will be wonderful for our luau party. I can't say enough good about this company's customer service and in particular, Frank. Thank you Frank. Hopefully your bosses know how great you are!!

I was so pleased with this! I love that it is battery operated but also comes with a USB to plug into a wall. It was perfect for our nativity scene! Just the right height and lighted in the right places!! We received many compliments on the trees!!

These trees give our patio a real tropical feel. Day or night they become a focal point. They are built well and withstand high winds. We like the newly styled trunks. They have a nice taper from the ground to the top. The frond material is more a fabric then plastic like the older varieties. Lots of upgrades from previous models and all are good. I purchased a couple sets to go with 1 last standing (4 years) of the older style. In the photos the new ones are the larger lighter green trees. .

Very nice decoration piece for the backyard. Easy to assemble. The solar makes it really nice for the lights. They come on at sundown and run till sunrise.

I love this palm tree! It appears to be good quality and what you notice most is the trunks are larger and gets smaller toward the top. I researched palm trees a lot and I think this one is a winner. I just received the tree and I’ll update later about the quality of the tree and lights but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the tree appears and ease setting it up. Approximately 20 minutes but we’re old lol. I had a piece of fabric to hide the base but I’m thinking a burlap bag or fish netting might look nice to cover metal stand which by the way seems like a sturdy stand.

Very good product was highly impressed with the quality of the product. Was nice and bright looks good. Expressly lite up at night.

Absolutely loved the look of this but after 3 months, tall palm tree part stopped lighting up. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact the company but no one has gotten back to me. Was hoping to purchase just a new tall palm part since the shorter palm is still working. Very difficult to “rate” this product since I absolutely loved its appearance. Poor rating was due to how unresponsive the company was. Product was purchased in December and stopped lighting up in March.
