I've started trying to hang my clothes outside to dry to help reduce electricity consumption and lengthen the life of my clothes. (Dryers are really hard on fabrics, if you didn't know, and you don't need dryer sheets if you're sun-drying, which leaves clothes smelling wonderful.) I've got a nice clothes rack (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09BTBJ8J9/) that fits on my small patio and holds a lot, but the little plastic clips that came with it soon broke. These clips not only hold clothes on the 1" round bars, they also clip to the square sides of the drying rack so they're out of the way until I need them. Although it remains to be seen how much the inner spring mechanism will rust when exposed to the elements, the coil is strong and should not fail for a very long time. Because the parts of the clip that touch my clothing are stainless steel, I am not expecting this to be an issue. I can use them for stuff in the garden as well. I'm quite pleased with them.

The clips are NOT rubber coated. They are 100% metal. They are strong and appear to be high quality. They just aren’t rubber coated as advertised.

These are nice all metal clips that are on the small side, good for lots of stuff from keeping bags closed to hanging the laundry. The springs are fairly strong and the fact that they're all metal you could easily use these to make temporary wiring connections etc. in a low powered repair. I use them all over the house to hold bags closed in and out of the fridge, hang up my socks n lingerie to dry, keep the dog treat bag from spilling just a hundred uses there are no insulated parts on these clips just metal they have a thousand uses they are also good to keep small wires under control around your computer desk.

They work. These actually clamp down pretty good, and do hold up in the wind. My only complaint is the small size. They are very short and hard to get a hold of. An extra inch of handle would have made these perfect.

These clips are great, durable, made very well, I use these clips to keep my table cloths from flying away on my patio, makes my table look a little jazzy..I love it..Great Buy!!

I bought the clothes pins because I still use my clothes line all the time, the wooden clothes pins just don't last anymore this ones are strong and keep the clothes on the line, they don't come apart!
