Seems to be dosed correctly. Finally not groggy next day.
Actually seems to be dosed correctly. Thank goodness. Been buying 2-5mg at Walgreens off the shelf for years. Never knew what I was getting. The unpredictability was brutal. Read online Walgreens stuff has low quality control and anywhere from 80% to 480% the stated dose. Should be criminal.

This product is not addictive, however it does really help you to get a wonderful night sleep. It does come in different amounts, but the 3 mg selection is absolutely wonderful.
