I’ve bought Sundried products in the past and have been impressed with their quality and design. The jacket is fairly close fitting and has an athletic cut, so neither baggy nor heavyweight, whilst still maintaining warmth. It repels light showers and rain nicely. The zips are well constructed, with three outer and two inner pockets. The hem has an adjustable toggle if needed and a small peak to the (also adjustable) hood encourages rain to run off. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase, it’s kept me warm and dry in temperatures down to 5-8 degrees Celsius and fits snugly - I’m usually a medium in most clothing, 177cm tall, 70kg, slim build, and the size ‘M’ is a perfect fit. The red and black colourway is striking and smart and the recycled fill material is a bonus.

I only came across the Sundried brand earlier this month. However they appear to be a company that produces a fairly wide range of products aimed primary at running,cycling and similar high energy training. Personally I just wanted a well designed product at a reasonable price and this is exactly what I got.ProsThe sizing is accurate provided you remember this is an “active fit”. As a rule of thumb I tend to go I size bigger when ordering this type of fit to allow for layering and a generally a more generous (comfortable) fit.This jacket has been well thought out. There a 3 external pockets and all have zips which is essential if you are using this for its intended purpose, but also very useful when using it for more sedate purposes such as hiking or dog walking.I really like the material it is soft to the touch and it is commendable that it has been made from recycled water bottles.The cuffs are simple but effective, no Velcro tabs but they are perfectly adequate.The hem can be “cinched in” being elasticated and with a toggle on each side.The manufacturing quality is very impressive and would not disgrace a premium brand. For a jacket of this price is exemplary.The hood can be drawn in tightly again with a toggle (simple slotted type) on each side.Additionally the hood draw cord are thoughtfully routed inside the jacket to stop them flapping about when running or in strong winds.There are a couple of large open topped pockets on the inside ideal for a hat or gloves.Personally I would consider this to be a two and a half season jacket i.e. ideal for spring and autumn and suitable for relatively mild winter weather. I also think it would also be useful in the mountains (hills and fells) during the summer.Cons.Nothing major to be honest. However if they are looking to improve this garment I would suggest a small tweak to the hood. The current peak is fairly useless as it is not stiffened (either stiffen it or simply ditch it).Overall.This is a well designed jacket made to a very good standard. Since the insulation is synthetic it should also offer decent warmth when wet. If you paid the full RRP I don't think you would be disappointed, but given the discount currently available on Amazon it really is outstanding value for money.

This is a great coat for the cost. Very light weight, warm, water resistant ( don't get mixed up with water proof).The small issues I have is the sizing. I'm about 5ft 9" weigh approx 12 Stone 10lb so about medium build, I bought a Large. I think the coat is a bit short for a large. The other small issue is the coat material often gets caught up in the zips ( mainly pockets) unless I close/open them carefully, otherwise as I say, for the cost of £40 it's a decent coat.

It's an excellent very good quality, jacket. Perfect fit, looks good, great value for the price.

Was really happy with this, it's super lightweight to bring on a hike in Spring or autumn. Warms you up really quickly.I would order a size up however next time as mines a bit snug and I prefer a looser fit.I have put a minor hole in the back of mine but that was on me as I came into contact with barbed wire, not a fault of the manufacturer.Would bye again

I wasn’t sure how good this would be for £38 but I had heard that Sundried were a good company so took a chance. The jacket arrived after two days and was well packaged. I ordered my normal size, a large, and it fits really well. Big enough to put an extra layer under but comfortable enough without. I’ve worn it in an outside temp of 3c and it was very warm with just a t shirt and under armour under it. Plenty of pockets inside and out which is good. I’ve not been in rain yet but it appears to be shower proof if not better. I like the fact that it’s made from recycled bottles which is a plus. All in all a great buy and great value.

I tried quite a lot puffer jackets from amazon. Most of them are either too big or too small for my size. This one fits perfectly only me. No complains on the fitting side. Im bit worried on the durability side. The outer material is too thin and shiny, not sure how long it will last. This jacket is very light weight and cozy, havent tested the water resistance though. Overall a decent jacket for the price.

Muy recomendable. Tenía sospechas de que abrigase poco, pero me equivoqué. Abriga mucho. Muy cómodo, suave, fácil de lavar, súper ligero, compraré otro sin duda. Queda un poco Justo de talla, recomiendo comprar una talla más de lo habitual.
