Quality of a luxury stroller
I am so happily in love with this stroller so I want to give a detailed review to those out there who are as picky as me. I'm a nanny and I usually have shares with 2 kids. Generally, I could loosely call myself a "stroller snob". I love the BOB, the CityMini and the UppaBaby strollers. With my old share I had a Phil & Ted double stroller, which was awesome. But when I left that job I had to leave the stroller behind 🙁 With my new position, my dream double was a BOB Duallie but I couldn't fathom spending 700$ on a work stroller. I spent all of fall and winter strolling one baby and wearing the other while I stalked exchanges, craigslist, marketplace & flea markers hoping to find a used BOB in good condition for under 300$ Well March came around, the babies got heavier, the weather was getting warmer and I couldn't wait around for a magic 250$ BOB anymore so to Amazon I came. I read every review. I crosschecked. I asked moms and nannies in my community. And I finally settled on the Baby Trend Double Jogger and oh my goodness I'm glad I did. My stroller was delivered about 3 weeks after I had placed the order, which was actually shorter than the time frame I was given so I was pleasantly surprised. Putting together the stroller was simple. The directions had pictures alongside them and the manufacturers gave a couple extra screws just in case i need them. It ended up only taking me about 20 minutes by myself, and I am by no means a handy person. The tires are like bicycle tires! Which is fantastic because I live in a city with lots of cobblestone, bumps and cracked sidewalks. Our ride is so smooth. I can't believe I'm making this comparison but dare I say it's almost as smooth as my beloved 700$ BOB 😮 The seats are comfortable for the kids and the straps have lots of room for adjusting as they get older. The storage space is absolutely great! There are two small storage compartment storage under the stroller, but I actually cut out the middle piece of fabric to make it 1 large room compartment. There is netted storage on the back of each seat, perfect for storage a packed lunch for each of them. And netted storage inside of the stroller next to each seat so accessible to the kids, so I can put a toy and sippy cup in each and they can take out and put back in as they please. There's also a small cubby at the hand bar area that is the perfect size for my phone, keys, credit card & a plastic baggy of Goldfish. There are also 2 cup holders 🙌🏼 I love the hood! It's large and totally adjustable so I have a wide range to move it wherever the sun is facing the kids. It has been so helpful so far. My youngest is pretty light sensitive and this has kept the sun from his eyes no matter which direction were walking or time of day it is. This stroller is actually pretty light. I manage to carry it folded up and down my stairs every walk with no issue. Both folding it and unfolding it is so simple and easy and I can unfold it one handed. It fits easily in the trunk of my SUV, I imagine with a compact car I might have to take the front wheel off. The only part I'm not totally in love with is the brakes. Instead of one bar that I can step on to lock the stroller, there or two clips on either side I need to jiggle down to lock, and one of those time one of the locks actually came undone on a day when the winds were furiously blowing against it. This isn't a dealbreaker for me at all because it's never like I'm going to leave my alone and unsupervised on a super windy day like that, but it was kind of like, okay don't ever leave the stroller unattended lol. So Pro's •Wheels •Hood •Storage Space •Comfortable Seats •Folding/Unfolding •Weight/Size •Smoothness and control •Set Up Cons • Wheel locks are like a 6/10 Overall 170$ for this is insane in the best way. This is a quality stroller for even the pickiest of us. I highly recommend this and don't think you'll be let down.

Amazing baby bling.
I got rid of my Step2 double jogger 6 years ago and have regretted that decision many times. Through 9 kids and 24 years we have owned quite a few strollers (mostly because I like to upgrade like some people upgrade cars). We live on a hill in the middle of Alaska where we do some pretty extreme walking on gravel roads and trails and I wanted something I could use with my littles and my foster kids. This stroller has all the features I was looking for; snack trays to support infant car seats, pneumatic tires for use on our terrain, two seats for kids and/or gear, and big storage baskets underneath and behind. I’m excited about the bonus perk I wasn’t looking for, but now realize is amazing…the double front wheels are exactly what I needed for stability. The skis on the rear wheels are mine, a pretty nice feature when you walk in snow and ice 9 months of the year and they keep the stroller stable when folded (my three year old was climbing on the stroller while it was folded with the skis on and it didn’t even shudder). I should note that it’s stable when folded without the skis too. The cover is mine too, I found it on Amazon (Ezkindheit double stroller rain cover). I like to throw a wool blanket over the whole rig and then secure the rain cover to trap in heat when the temperatures dip below zero. We don’t have wind here, but this help keep little pumpkins warm. This stroller was easy to steer with one hand even with the skis on and handled beautifully on the terrain. When unfolding, there’s a seam where the material meets on the bar between the seats that catches and won’t allow me to unfold until I manually move the seam. Annoying, but just something I have to be aware of. I’m sure this doesn’t happen on every model, mine must have a defect of some sort. The stroller was simple to assemble, I did it myself without the directions in 15 minutes. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver. Today I took this stroller out with my 6 and 3 yr old littles. My 6yr old is pretty big for his age, 60ish pounds and 44” tall. He was on the big side for this, but he easily fit. 😊 I’m looking forward to taking this rig on the trails year round. It’s a beast. To those looking for something light, this is a solid, quality stroller. Not featherweight in any way. It folds amazingly compact and will fit standing upright in the cargo of my 12 passenger van. It won’t fit through a doorway, but I bought it to use outdoors, not through doors. It looks just fine parked in the garage. 😊

Great Stroller!
I did SO much research on double strollers. I cannot get on board with paying $700+ on a stroller though. Especially because I do not use it often for that price tag. I was incredibly worried that the cheaper strollers would be too small though. A 45-50lbs weight limit (on each side) was stressing me out. Plus, was it going to be big enough? I have a tiny 23 month old (23lbs on the taller side) and a huge 3.5 year old (44lbs and very tall - wearing 5T). I was worried about my 3 year old having the room in the stroller. This stroller is great. It’s roomy and solid, pushes easily, and it doesn’t have that high price tag. The only downside to us is that the wheels take air. They came deflated which was a little annoying. Overall, get the stroller.

Large and heavy, but gets the job done
We call it the beast. This thing is huge and heavy. BUT it is very nice and sturdy. I love that I can take my toddler and my infant (in their car seat) for walks on different types of terrain with ease. It pushes smoothly, but it is definitely a full body workout. The shades are nice and have a locking mechanism to keep weather from blowing them back and the seats feels spacious and comfortable. The under cargo area feels a bit small, but there are two pockets under each chair. I love the four wheel design for sturdiness maneuverability. It can swivel easily. It is large and takes up a whole sidewalk, but you are still able to walk next to someone, which is nice. It takes up the entire trunk of a moderate SUV (we drive an Explorer). I have not yet tried to fit it through a doorway, but I doubt it would fit. It’s great for outdoor use. The only speakers were a bit of a letdown. They are no louder than your phone speaker and the cup holders are quite small. They would not fit my Stanley cup or Owala water bottle. Overall 4 stars because it’s gets the job done, but it is expensive and I don’t feel like it’s quite worth the price.

Do not waste your money on other expensive brands
I first bought this stroller back in 2021 for our first trip to Universal Studios. I usually don't write reviews but this stroller has been a lifesaver, so now in 2025, I'll give credit where credit is due. Since 2021, this stroller has been used and abused, used for hundreds and hundreds of miles and probably carried over the weight limit as 2 kids sit in the seat and the other on "the hump". The location where the feet go, was/is perfect size for an extra little bum. Now the down fall to the extra little bum on hump is the wheel. I can't tell you how many times I've either ran over a little human who didn't keep their feet up or on occasion or catapulted one from the hump when I poorly drove. My fault, not the manufacturer. While it was not awesome at the time, the catapulting has brought much laughter to our home. It's simple, if you sit on the hump, keep your feet up or don't cry about getting ran over or thrown off. Yet all of them fight over that spot. So it must be worth the danger. Also, its a great workout. Pushing that much weight around, is awesome for the glutes and feel it you will. Now if you are planning on taking this on vacation with you, do yourself a favor and buy the mommy hooks. They ARE YOUR FRIEND. We pack a backpack cooler full of snacks and clip that bad boy to the mommy hook and it hangs beautifully under the handle... along with whatever else I hang from the hooks (bags from stores, sippy cups, my sanity...) The only draw back to hanging a hefty load under the handle is that when the gremlins quickly evacuate, it leaves the stroller as stable as a one legged table and it will fall backwards. So I usually just grab the cooler bag and put it in one of the seats. Problem solved. If I would follow the recommend weight and seating instructions, it would be easy to maneuver. (I've always had a problem with following directions) I have run over the random passer by when I have that thing loaded to the max. Their fault most of the time if you ask me. You can't expect me to stop a stroller on a dime when it's got 150lbs of flesh and bones, snacks and drinks. Dont walk if front of strollers people! Bottom line is this stroller is beyond worth the price. It's big yes, but it's a DOUBLE stroller. This thing was built to last and that it has. I'm so happy with this purchase. You will not be disappointed.

GET IT!
I have been using this double jogger daily since we received it last week! I have absolutely zero regrets and I am so happy I went with the larger model. I do use this for both walking paths and jogging! My two and four year-old love the trays and also fit comfortably with plenty of legroom. I am obsessed with the amount of storage that this jogger has as well as the cupholder with the MP3 speaker! Truly every aspect of this jogger has been exactly what I needed. I did not check the measurements of my trunk prior to buying, but it just fits our small SUV trunk. I do have to remove the rear wheels but they are so easy to install on the fly so it has not been a headache for me at all! I have had zero issues with fitting through doors, which is also great. Overall, this double jogger has me extremely happy and I can’t wait to use it again tomorrow! I would also like to note that I previously had a single bob jogger and honestly, there are very little differences from the Bob jogger and this one! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality jogger but do not have the money to splurge on a Bob.

Value for the money
This is a great stroller for the money. Very well made, great features, beautiful in looks and very practical. I have looked at many strollers and they were all more expensive for a double stroller and not as nice as this one. After going through 3 children of my own, 9 grandchildren and now 5 great grandchildren, believe me I have my experience with strollers! I purchased this for my great grandchildren for a Disney trip. First of all let me say I would prefer bicycles tires on a stroller over plastics tires 100% of the time. This was the only double stroller I saw with the tires I wanted. A lot of times amusement parks have cobble stone walkways and these tires give a much smoother ride. The stroller came all assembled but you did have to put the tires on which was very simple to do. It would have been a much quicker assembly but there was 2 little bags with 4 screws in each bag and we had a problem locating them. We found the first bag but after much searching we finally found the other tiny bag taped to the side of the stroller. If it wasn’t for all the searching for these screws the entire thing would have been done in 10 minutes. Very pleased with this stroller. It’s comfortable, roomy and very nice over all. It is easy to open and close. It is heavy but it is basically 2 strollers. It is not difficult to carry however when it is folded up. I would highly recommend this stroller as I could really not find anything negative to say about it.

Great stroller for the price!
Great bang for buck! My main reference for comparison is the premium Thule Urban Glide, which I have in the single version. After having our second kid, I couldn’t justify spending $1k for a double Thule. After doing some research, I decided to try this one. Is it as good as the Thule? Honestly, pretty dang close which is remarkable for 1/5 the price. I’ve taken this double on a half dozen runs and it’s performed very well for the runs itself, which is its primary purpose. A few areas where it falls short of the Thule: suspension (seems to be a rougher ride), general shakiness of the stroller (Thule is smooooooth), my first run with this stroller my wallet popped out of a cup holder because it bounced so much; storage, even though this has 2 baskets, the Thule has more room to fit stuff in; handbrake, Thule has one this doesn’t, also makes for more awkward one handed running. All in all, for the price point, I’m very pleased with it! It runs well, has bike tires, great leash design, adjustable canopies. I thought I’d have regret “cheaping out” but do not.
