This is such a simple but genius little tool and a total diaper bag must-have. It makes applying diaper cream quick, even, and mess-free without getting product all over your hands. I love the suction base for at-home changes and the fact that it comes with a travel case so it stays clean when tossed in my diaper bag. One of those items you don’t realize you need until you have it—now I wouldn’t go without it.

It is so perfect for what it's needed for. Great shape for getting product out of the container and for applying the product. Super easy to clean. We mostly just suction cup the spatula to the top of the diaper cream jar and that's where it stays. But it keeps our hands clean and makes application a breeze. If you're buying diaper cream, you should 100% get this spatula with it.

When I added this to my registry I was unsure if it was actually needed. People definitely questioned why I had a butt spatula on there. However, this is one of the most used items off my registry. The convenience to be able to scoop some aquaphor out of its container & lather it across my baby’s butt without having to use my finger is so nice. I am comparing this to the full size Bum wand which I love. I enjoy that this one is short and a bit more compact for on the go. My little guy has turned out to have some extreme allergies as we have been introducing solids and ends up with a blistered, painful rash too quickly. This wand is a bit stiffer than the flexible end of the full size counterpart. He always complains when I attempt to use this wand because it doesn’t flex and puts too much pressure on the rash. I also was really glad to see this one had a case for the diaper bag. However the case doesn’t stay together very well and is generally found in three separate pieces at the bottom of the bag. This wand certainly works for keeping your hands clean and not having to scrub sticky, water resistant past from your hands in public bathrooms BUT there are better options.

Super nice. The case is great for keeping it secured and clean and it’s small enough to take in the diaper bag.
