What weight ids the paper? actual cardstock or regular paper? (how can it not be shown?!)

I don't know what the specs/weight is for this, but when I bought it, I was very disappointed. I wouldn't classify it as card stock. Look for Oxford's HEAVYWEIGHT 3 x 5 cards. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00INBSU14/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It is what I would consider a typical weight for 3 x 5 cards--not extra heavy, just what the weight was in the past for 3 x 5 cards.

why is it cheaper at Target $.49 per 100?

The brand may also factor into the pricing. If it is also Oxford Ruled index cards at target, then it’s cheaper there I guess, if not, my comment still holds as valid.

Are these acid free? I want to use them in photo albums, behind pictures to label them.

My packages do not indicate acid free. Newer releases might.
