Strange that it doesn't say, but how many come in a pack??

Hello! Each of our Perfect Parchment packs have 24 sheets in each. This is the same for all of our sizes. We will be sure to update any listings that don't show this information.

Where are they manufactured? Are they made from recycled paper?

Made in China. Not recycled paper.

Is a cheesecake too heavy to lift out of a regular 9" cake pan when this round type of parchment paper is used in it?

I think it might be too heavy. Don't they often recommend a springform pan for cheesecake?

I am worried that these may not be strong enough to lift up a cheesecake.....anyone tried? Success or failure? Do they rip easily?

I've used these for mousse cake and they work great. They do not tear easily. I will never bake anything in a springform pan again with out them. You don't really lift with them it's more like sliding. You slide the cake onto the plate you want to serve on then gently slide the "paper" out. My cake(s) did not crack and they are 3+ inches high! Hope this helps!
