How do I get it out of the tube/box ?

Pick an end. Identify staple like fasteners On the inside of the tube using a screwdriver or needle nose pliers bend the staples back out from tube—continue it do this to ALL staples. Then go to the outside and pull or pry the staples all the way out. Then standing over something like a rubber mat, turn the end of the tube with the staples out down then lift the tube about a foot above the mat and drop it onto the mat,, the weight of the bar should knock out the plug!!

Will my Rogue plates fit this bar?

I have this bar. It fits the standard Olympic size plates.

Do rogue bumper plates fit? i had an olympic curl bar and the bumpers did not fit so please don’t answer unless you’ve tried it. thanks!

Yes, Bumpers will work. My bumper plates fit my weightlifting barbell and fit the curl bar.
