This is a natural product that is very effective for the treatment of seasonal allergies. I didn't experience any side effects or irritations. It will keep your nasal passages moist and clear.

I can’t use decongestion because it raises my blood pressure. This doesn’t raise my blood pressure. It works when I get fluid in ear. I use it at night before I go to bed. Also helps with vertigo from allergies.

This Xlear Natural Nasal Spray works well for me. I’m a big fan of the more natural ingredients, especially compared to other nasal spray. And I like that the whole family can use it (the option to buy multi-size packs is helpful here). I find that if I use it regularly, I experience less symptoms. Specifically referring to allergy symptoms here. During allergy season (for me, Spring and Fall), I try to use morning and night. Doing so really does keep some symptoms at bay. If I experience any congestion or even other allergy symptoms (like itchy eyes), if I use this very quickly after symptoms start, they subside much quicker. I also sometimes use this before going to sleep for a few week’s stretch here and there, and I breathe deeper through my nose while falling asleep. This is a product I always have on hand.

Great product but affects the nose if used too often. I would recommend using it only periodically when needed. I used to use it preventatively but now use only when necessary

This is one of the best nasal sprays that I’ve ever used. It helps clean out my nose, and I’ve had major problems my entire life.

This is my favorite nasal spray. I get congestion higher up in my sinuses, up by my eyes. I do 2 - 3 sprays on each side and occasionally turn my head upside down for 10 seconds or so. Within 5 minutes I can clear so much out of my nose Of course it doesn't shrink all the membranes like the strong pharmaceutical sprays. But for a more natural approach, this is definitely a big step up from plain saline spray. I've gotten good results when I had a sinus infection too, since xylitol can control bacteria and fungus. When I can't use a sinus irrigator, this spay is a great replacement

My doctor recommended this nasal spray for travel, I always use it whilst flying. Use it just before descending and it keeps the nasal passages clear to make the ears pop
