Have you addressed the poor quality complaints with this item, before i order? i assure you i will promptly return the item if it's a bait and switch

I was satisfied with the purchase. I wanted an inexpensive mask for a themed party. It is made of medium weight and seemingly durable molded plastic. Mine did not have any quality issues and it, along with my cape costume were definitely a hit at the party.
