Love this product! I had trouble hearing and had pain ringing in my ears. They were very badly plugged up with wax build up.Ordered this system and it worked fantastic! It cleared all the wax out of my ears. I used Debrox ear wax remover drops according to directions for 5 days prior to help soften the wax. Super easy and quick to use with the help of another person.I now can save money on avoiding regular trips to the doctor to have them cleaned out. I can take care of it in the comfort of my own home with the same device they use. Highly recommend this product!!

The item works very well. Only complaint I received only 10 tips. Was suppose to be 30. The package shows 30.

I was surprised at how well this little device worked. My daughter has been complaining of ear wax for a bit. After some research and looking at more expensive options, I decided to purchase this version. In less than a minute, a large glob of ear wax was pushed out of her ear. Highly recommend. Saved us a trip to the doctor to cleanse her ears.

The kit that was purchased included a price increase for incredibly low quality items with a majorly defective item that appears to be from material and manufacturing quality. The basic package, I can see as more practical as it does not include the “Extra curette” package. I cannot attest to the quality of the metal curettes as we were interested in the lighted curette with the flex heads. For the badly impacted ears this was used on, a curette system was essential for making progress, but we didn’t use any from this kit. For cleaning a child’s ears, I personally don’t want to risk the rigid tools, and defaulted to a disposable flexible curette ear tool we already had. The lighted curette really was needed, but this system included not only a low quality item, but a non functioning one in which the battery cover pops off from the battery and it’s contacts being ill fit, and impossible to make work. The light turned on briefly when it was 1st turned on, and than the switch no longer worked as if the internal parts for the slider were also not functioning properly. It is made of low quality materials and is garbage. The other curette components don’t make up, or justify the issue if the lighted curette. Purchasing the basic lowered price kit would have carried a fair value over this. I would suggest a third part options for curettes, and an ottoscope. Incredibly infuriated at the percent of price increase that was filled with “garbage” quality parts to gain the hike in price! It feels like being intentionally cheated outed of money!

My grandson had wax dislodged after swimming causing tremendous pain. I almost purchased a similar more expensive name brand item, then this same item without the 'extras' that come with it - at a more expensive price.As soon as it arrived, I used it on his ear and it immediately dislodged wax that dropped into the ear cup that he held. Then the tip popped off and I was disappointed but put it on and again it popped off. Upon closer examination, I was that a piece of wax had lodged into the tip. After I removed it, it worked fine.I immediately ordered a 2nd BOCOOLIFE Ear Cleaning Kit, Ear Wax Removal Tool Ears Cleaner, Ear Wash Irrigation Kit with Lighted Ear Curette Pick,Ear Basin,30 Ear Tips,Cotton Swabs,Safe and Easy Clean Ear Blockage Wax of All Ages for the price of $20 to put in our camping bag.The light that came with the kit isn't as strong as it could be, but does enable me to see into the ear enough to determine where the wax is and how clean the ear is. The metal supplies that came with the kit seem to be of good quality, but I put them up as I don't want them to be easily accessible to anyone who might not be careful with them as they can cause some serious damage to an ear canal and ear drum if not used correctly.I would recommend this product to anyone.
